You are right, the feeling of success is closely related to the goals that each person sets for himself in his life. Whoever wants to be a famous soloist will not be satisfied with being part of the choir.
For me, success is related to the fact that my work not only serves to earn a living but also to be useful for other people, to have a family and friends with whom you can share sorrows and joys, to achieve inner peace, that which allows you to go to sleep at the end of the day without worries that keep you awake.
Having a job that positively impacts others as well as ourselves is an excellent thing.
