Stupid dog, or stupid younger brother?! haha.
My pet story isn't nearly so dramatic. I used to take my four pets, two dogs and two cats, for off-leash walks in a nearby apple orchard. We'd all leave by the front door, walk through some woods, through the orchard, down to the reservoir. My dogs would take dips, while I wrote poetry on a big rock there. When it was time to start back, off we five went, retracing our steps, right back to my front door and into the house, all at the same time. We'd have been gone a good 45 minutes to an hour, and would have walked at least two miles. All together. I sure do miss those walks!
