Dealing with your past

in Reflections18 days ago

Our daily experiences right from when we were kids has shaped us into who we are now.
Some people where so lucky to have it all, great pasts, amazing memories, awesome childhood and lots more.
while some others where stored up with pains, betrayal, shame, guilt, depression grief, sorrows anger, bitterness and more.
I guess that's why people are different or unique in nature.
Base on our experiences human beings differs in characters.

Reflecting over this has helped me not to be so quick in judging others, probably because I don't know what they had to go through to be here,i don't know what they dealt with, the situations they found themselves and lots more.
I can't be you and you can't be me
we all have things that we r dealing with differently right from the tinnest of things to the greatest.

But i believe if our past is draining us in our future,we shouldn't be tuck in there.
Am conscious of the fact that it may not be easy as i sound or write but one thing is certain, and that is,
**If getting your past behind you will help you grow and be a better version of yourself, then dealing with it, is the best option for healing and growth. **
Dealing with your past is the only way to forget about it,it doesn't just happen
it's an intentional action,

Therefore drop the baggage of pains, the weight of regrets and shame.
We all long for that inner peace, and we deserve it.
Life is simple and beautiful yet challenging.
With patience, determination and perseverance,
we can find our strength through the keys of happiness and peace each having its expression of life, a voice of comfort that can talk back to us in peace and in love, that tiny sound that says you can deal with it and you can overcome it,

The voice can create a little light and the little light can grow into a mighty flame.
Hence, strength and courage will defeat your fears and difficulties, wounds will be healed, eliminating pity, regrets, pains and depression as they fades into thin air.
A wounded soul can be healed.
