It was basically part of my daily routine, but I guess my busy schedule for those past months was a blessing in disguise. I unwillingly distanced myself from it, and even though in the first days I got the sepanx... in the long run, I learned that there's so much more than what's on the screen.

Yep! What we see online is often curated version of it especially in places like instagram. There are many nuances and behind the screens that they do not even share. So, it's wise to just look into our surroundings and touch grass regularly.
