Bouncing back stronger than ever.

My two wheeler was due for servicing for a while. Infact I was late for the appointment since I had it last time. I already started facing some issue while driving. Like loss of mileage , braking issue and few others. I was completelly ignore it since I had it last time. But in due course I covered some good miles, including some long trip. But once I started facing issue I thought to visit the mechanic to get it checked. It is necessary to keep the motor parts in check to avoid any major casualty while. This weekend, sparing some time, I made to the mechanic store in early hours. Luckily I was the first customer at my village shop and quickly the mechanic started working on my two wheeler. Opening up the scooty and cleaning before doing the necessary repair. Seeing this I was wondering as the two wheeler needed some servcing why not our body. Our body too requires some healing too from regular work schedule.

Our body requires rest to repair cellular damage, replenish depleted energy, and regulate vital hormones. This is why most of us found sleep quite relaxing. During sleep, the body focuses on tissue building activity. Muscles heal from micro tears, and the brain actively flushes out toxins and cellular waste. Our body works 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Vital organs like the heart, brain, and lungs operate continuously without rest. The heart pumps blood, the brain coordinates functions, and the lungs supply oxygen non stop to keep us alive, even while we sleep. Regardless of whether we are awake or asleep, our body runs several automatic processes:

  • Breaking down food to absorb nutrients and eliminate waste.

  • Pumping blood to deliver oxygen and nutrients to every cell.

  • Filtering blood and removing toxins through the kidney.

  • Converting food into the energy needed to power all these systems.

This is what I remember from one of the #naturotherapy session organised at our office. We were taught that our body too needs detoxification and cleansing and it can be beneficial done through fasting.

I have been following, this practice for a while and found it very effective innour day to day process. Fasting is a therapeutic practice of voluntarily abstaining from food for a prescribed period to let the digestive system rest and allow the body to heal itself. Once in a week, I avstain from food and rely mostly on water, fruit and juices. By following this, it allows our body to heal properly. As the body does not involves in complex work like breaking food for digestion and energy production. Fasting provides physiological rest to the body, shifting energy away from digestion toward repair and immunity. The practice ranges from short term water or juice fasts to modified calorie restriction programs. Abstaining from solid food intake hugely benefit our body. And like the way my two wheeler needed sevicing from malfunctioning, likewise fasting allows to improve body function properly.

It is incredible to find learning from pur day to day activity. During my wheeler servicing, there were many issues, like the brakes were weared completelly, the mobile were empty and the other parts required proper grading overall, my scooty has now a enhanced internal parts that may run properly for next couple of month. Better we look to pur body too for an improvised output in our day to day productivity.

In good faith - Peace!!
