If you have voting power, then yes, it is worth voting on other people's comments to encourage. Even without power, it is good to show appreciation to those who take the time to comment to you. If you really want to learn about Hive, read a lot, comment and ask real questions and be authentic. Create your own content too, and put in the effort to engage those who take the time for you also.
