I can't argue any of that. It can feel like it makes life easier to blame something else, but we don't get anywhere by doing that and we don't learn from it.
I'm reminded of the phrase: "you teach people how to treat you."

Yes for me it felt easier to just blame external sources and not own up to my own behavior etc. But it makes life harder. And yes you teach people how to treat you. Jay taught me that. It's 100% true. I intend for more people to understand this. So glad you do ❤️ I appreciate you 🙏
