WoW! That's a lot of snow, my gosh!
It makes a lot of sense what you explain that if people bundle up much to shovel snow they can easily get dehydrated.
Everything looks beautiful covered in snow, but I guess it's not so beautiful if you have to go out in a snowfall like that, hehe.
