Nature is a healer

in WE ARE MOVING4 years ago

What will you do after work in the late afternoon? What will we do if you have a lot of tension and afflictions that day? The day flies past, and we all want to spend the most of it having fun and being cheerful. Will you attend sporting events? Have a few beers or glasses of wine with some buddies at a pub? Is it better to go for a walk in the park or to stay at home and watch TV or sleep? I believe there will be a large number of people who, like me, will spend that time alone in nature.

Due to the nature of my employment, which requires me to work in a noisy and hectic atmosphere surrounded by thick concrete walls and man-made items, I will spend time with nature and serenity after work. It's a wonderful thing that allows me to maintain a more harmonious balance and think more clearly about work and life difficulties.

Small city parks are also extremely beneficial for me, as are public beaches, but I rarely choose them due to the circumstances and preferences of each person. I would generally travel further afield to the barren forests and untouched beaches.

20211102_162033_hdr.jpg

Mountains, rivers, lakes, and the sea are all near to the center of the city where I work. I can travel to those locations in all four directions in only 15 minutes. The peninsula of Son Tra is the closest and most popular destination. Without a doubt, it is referred to as the city's green lung. It is quite convenient for people to breathe the forest and sea atmosphere.

It also satisfies my demand for "view" and "silence," which I can't get at a city park or a public beach. Of course, the wild element of no human impact necessitates going further, finding areas that are more difficult to get, or doing something different than most people.

SUP paddling is a fantastic pastime I've lately done, however I don't want to just paddle from the coast around the peninsula. I combine walking and rowing Sup to engage the balance muscles in both my legs and arms. The peninsula's woodland has been properly protected, with little-known pathways and trails ideal for strolling. I rode my motorcycle to the bottom of the mountain, then got out of the car, put on my SUP bag, and went along the coast's little walkway.

Because few people are aware of it, I go the most of the way without seeing anybody else. There are many trees and flowers, and I have a better chance of seeing monkeys and shy birds there.

They will scream and flee if they hear the commotion. There are a lot of plant species in a tropical forest, therefore there will be a lot of visual diversity for me to observe. The cliff edge near to the sea is very wild, and walking along it will be difficult.

Occasionally, I will see anglers sitting on the rocks. They are sensible to select such locations to pursue their personal interests. They ruminate, perhaps swept along by the currents of thinking or the roaring waves against the rocks. But I'm sure being alone with the mountains and the sea would be relaxing for them.

20211102_160458_hdr.jpg

A burst of rain from the mountain's highest clouds slithered down, creating a one-of-a-kind scene. Consider how beautiful it is when the sun is still shining and golden rays stream through the rains falling over the water. Sorry, I can't express how fascinating that is, and my personal phone isn't capable of recording it clearly.

20211102_161149_hdr.jpg

The anglers likewise disregarded it and sat down to enjoy it gradually. The rain only lasted about 5 minutes, and when I located a safe tiny rock to lower into the water, I also pumped Sup up.

I lay on Sup and floated it with the sea current after rowing quite a distance out to sea.The daily workout bike path is the first time I've seen it. Green, I recall reading somewhere, is as refreshing and pleasurable to the eyes as masagge. Indeed, the view from the sea, which encompasses both the green mountain and the water's blue, makes the spectator feel light and at ease. The Linh Ung pagoda's bell tower is surrounded by a mysterious forest.

The changing colors of the sunset reflect on the statue of Bodhisattva Avalokitesvara, and the clouds above are breathtaking. This section of water is particularly rough and choppy, and just a few boats pass there.

I dipped my legs in the water and lay down on my back, my head on the waterproof bag, gazing at the sky and the beautiful beauty of nature. Many people are envious of fisherman who go fishing because they get to see the beauty of the world from such a unique perspective.

And I just lay there, taking in all nature has to offer my spirit. And the moment I had been anticipating arrived, when the fishing boat set sail out to sea to catch the night. Because the wide big water surrounded the small boat bobbing through each wave, it was a stunning scene.Nature teaches us a lot; when we see something big and grand, we feel tiny and learn how to live modestly and compassionately.

Returning was also difficult because nature continued to test me. Allowing the water to run pretty far from the coast as the wind grew stronger, I was forced to swim against the waves and the sea current. I was ecstatic to conquer those hurdles the first time the SUP went up high in the waves. I found another means to get up and began walking in the opposite direction up the main road.
When you come across a group of cunning and daring monkeys sitting in the road waiting for food. Unfortunately, the photograph is too dim for my phone to capture.

A voyage in harmony with nature, where I am simple; I hope you appreciate it as much as I do, and that we can do it together.
Wherever you are, share amazing facts about nature. Because nature is always lovely and therapeutic for us.
Thank you for sticking with me all the way to the end.

I'm delighted you found it useful. Many of us have a great balance, but we haven't shared it as often as we should. And I'd like to play a part in making it happen.

Alone in nature is totally my kind of thing!
That second image with shallow water and big city in the back is really cool :)

that's right, being alone with nature really harmonizes as one. With friends is also fun but easy to distract when I feel it. thank you

Ohhh it most definitely is...

1 tym bằng một lời khen dài rồi:))

Thank you for the beautiful pictures of nature, taken on the border of two elements, water and earth.
I myself really love nature and consider it an excellent doctor for an emotionally tired person.

thanks for visiting.
Indeed, nature is the best doctor, if you open your heart you will find beauty and great appeal.

actually, i don't go out into nature alone that often, but your post showed me that maybe i should change that. If I go alone in nature, I always come back afterwards so relaxed and simply satisfied. Even if nothing exciting has happened. Especially if you then have such views like you haha

I understand that because you are a woman.
Just be safe and trust me it's a lot of fun, it's just that everyone feels it and words are hard to describe.

Beautiful shots. Nature is my medicine too

thank you, I'm just trying to find the little beauties around the place. glad you like it too
