Nada mejor que pasar tiempo rodeados de naturaleza para despejar nuestra mente, a veces es necesario desconectarnos del mundo entero para encontrarnos con nosotros mismos y eso puede incluso mejorar nuestro estado de ánimo y en cierto modo reiniciarnos por completo, a mi en particular me encanta estar en contacto con la naturaleza, me hace olvidarme de todo y sin duda cada experiencia es única, tanto los animales como las plantas hacen su parte y es imposible no disfrutarlo.
Nothing better than spending time surrounded by nature to clear our minds, sometimes it is necessary to disconnect from the whole world to find ourselves and that can even improve our mood and in a way completely restart us, I particularly love being in contact with nature, it makes me forget everything and without a doubt each experience is unique, both animals and plants do their part and it is impossible not to enjoy it.
Vivir en la ciudad puede ser estresante, la vida es más agitada y se debe llevar un ritmo muy movido, esto muchas veces puede ocasionarnos estrés y hacer nuestro día a día muy difícil, la ciudad lo tiene todo, pero si hay algo que el campo tiene que la ciudad no es el poder de desintoxicarnos de todo ese estrés que nos genera la ciudad, el simple hecho de respirar aire fresco y estar rodeados de un inmenso paisaje verde hace que nos olvidemos de todo.
Living in the city can be stressful, life is more hectic and you have to keep a very hectic pace, this can often cause us stress and make our day to day very difficult, the city has it all, but if there is something that the countryside has that the city is not the power to detoxify us from all that stress that the city generates in us, the simple fact of breathing fresh air and being surrounded by an immense green landscape makes us forget everything.
Vivir en la ciudad no es fácil y aunque ya estoy acostumbrada siempre voy a necesitar un pequeño escape al campo para recargarme de energía, despejar mi mente y no enloquecer con el encierro ni el estrés constante de la agitada vida en la ciudad. Aunque tengo un pequeño espacio en casa para mis plantas no es lo mismo que estar en el campo, al año voy al campo al menos unas 10 veces y cada una de ellas las aprovecho al máximo explorando, caminando, viendo los animales, la laguna, descubriendo nuevas plantas y flores y por supuesto tomando muchas fotos.
Living in the city is not easy and although I am used to it, I will always need a little escape to the countryside to recharge my energy, clear my mind and not go crazy with the confinement or the constant stress of hectic city life. Although I have a small space at home for my plants, it is not the same as being in the countryside, a year I go to the countryside at least 10 times and each one of them I make the most of it by exploring, walking, seeing the animals, the lagoon, discovering new plants and flowers and of course taking lots of photos.
Ir al campo para mi es relajante y aunque muy pocas veces me acerco a los animales esta última ocasión tuve la oportunidad de hacerlo, los animales normalmente se alejan y se mantienen en rebaño, pero, uno de ellos estuvo un poco amigable y se acercó a mí, al principio sentí algo de miedo pero al darme cuenta que estaba muy tranquilo me acerqué y hasta se dejó fotografiar, es lo más cerca que he estado de estos animales y fue un momento muy agradable.
Going to the field for me is relaxing and although I rarely get close to the animals this last time I had the opportunity to do it, the animals normally move away and stay in a herd, but one of them was a bit friendly and approached For me, at first I felt a little scared but when I realized that he was very calm I approached him and even allowed him to be photographed, it is the closest I have been to these animals and it was a very pleasant moment.
Sin duda los animales son tan inocentes que aunque no lo entiendan poder interactuar con ellos es una forma de apreciar la naturaleza y todo lo que nos rodea, los animales del campo son de los más nobles y a su vez los menos apreciados.
Without a doubt, animals are so innocent that even if they do not understand it, being able to interact with them is a way of appreciating nature and everything that surrounds us. Farm animals are among the most noble and at the same time the least appreciated.
Este día aprendí que a veces los animales nos tienen más miedo a nosotros del que nosotros les tenemos a ellos, aplica el famoso dicho “las apariencias engañan” pues, el hecho de que un animal sea grande no lo hace automáticamente un animal peligroso o agresivo, solo hay que tener un poco de paciencia y acercarnos poco a poco para poder interactuar con ellos y una vez que se logra es algo muy lindo y hasta relajante.
This day I learned that sometimes animals are more afraid of us than we are of them, the famous saying "appearances are deceiving" applies, because the fact that an animal is large does not automatically make it a dangerous or aggressive animal , you just have to have a little patience and approach little by little to be able to interact with them and once it is achieved, it is something very nice and even relaxing.
