Currently there is rainy season in Venezuela, therefore everything is green (by the way this green tone is particular of this latitudes, since the green of the vegetation that you find in higher latitudes is very different). You can see that the mountains are covered with vegetation. I consider that these colors are very soothing to the spirit.
The sky with its deep blue and clouds produces a nice contrast with the green.

Actualmente en Venezuela, nos encontramos en plena temporada de lluvias, por lo que todo esta verde (por cierto de un tono muy particular de estas latitudes), ya que en latitudes mas elevadas el verde de la vegetación es muy diferente. Pueden observar que las montañas están completamente cubiertas de vegetación. Aunque no lo crean el solo hecho de ver estos colores dan una gran calma anímica.
El azul del cielo junto con sus nubes dan un contraste con el color de la clorofila.
These photos were taken in Caracas, at the north-east corner of the city. The mountain to the left is the Naiguatá, which is the highest this mountain range.
Estas fotos se tomaron en Caracas, hacia el extremo nor-oriental de la ciudad. La montaña que está a la izquierda es el Naiguatá, el pico más alto de esta cordillera.
I also publish black and white versions of this photos. I find them as appealing as the ones in color.
También publico una versión en blanco y negro, a las que encuentro tan llamativas como a las versiones en colores naturales.
