In the center of the Swiss Alps, at an altitude of 1,620 meters, is the famous ski center Zermatt. It used to be a small village and today it is one of the most famous tourist towns in Switzerland.
Today Zermatt is built so we could not even imagine that it used to be a small village with wooden houses, today there are luxury hotels, restaurants offering traditional cuisine, one of my favorites was a raclette with white wine, great going, various souvenir shops.
The Matterhorn is a mountain that, with its unreal beauty, presents the indomitable side of nature in the best way.
This mountain is also the border between Switzerland and Italy.
The most beautiful place for skiing, Special Cable Car takes visitors to a certain height, which is a unique opportunity for visitors who are not engaged in hiking to feel the charms of European beauty. This photo is just from the cable car, it is wonderful to watch from a height.
Surrounded by these wonderful scenes is a real pleasure.

It takes me back to my childhood when I was still skiing in Kranjska Gora. I was never that good at skiing, but I enjoyed it anyway.
Nature in Swiss is really amazing and it reminds me on my homeland a bit, probably a bit similar to your homeland as well...
