I live in a very beautiful place. My little Estonian town of Sillamäe is located in the North-East of Estonia, very close to the Baltic Sea - actually, the Finnish Gulf of it. It takes me not more than five minutes walk from my home to the sea shore. Amazing, isn't it?

Our coast is rocky and the beaches cannot be called wonderful. That is why those who like lying on the sandy beaches usually go to the neighboring Narva-Jõesuu. Our town is famous not for its beaches but for the picturesque forested area. It is a pleasure to walk along the the sea in any weather.
While walking, we pass birch groves with their leaves turning yellow.

I entered the previous edition of this contest with this post but was late and could not participate. That is why I post it again in the October edition.
P.S. EN:
The first two pictures were taken by me earlier, in the summer. That is why the water has that strange colour. The water in the Baltic sea is nearly fresh, just slightly saltedin our region. That was a warm day, and the water was "blossoming" with algae. All other pictures were taken by me in September, on one of the last days of it.

День был теплый, и в воде появились водоросли — она "зацвела". Все остальные фото были сделаны в сентябре, в один из его последних дней.
