Este proyecto no estaba en mi lista, sin embargo al verlo en las publicaciones de ustedes me he motivado a realizarlo. Lo elegí por ser un patrón sencillo y fácil de realizar.
This project was not on my list, but seeing it in your publications has motivated me to make it. I chose it because it is a simple and easy to make pattern.
Cuando empecé a tejer amigurumis mis amigos y familiares me decían que parecían muñecos vudú, incluso cuando hice las primeras muñecas de telas todos pensaban que eran Vudú. Lo que me llevó a leer un poco al respecto. Entre otros artículos leí este el cual me llamó la atención por su breve explicación del significado del muñeco Vudú. Son muñecos elaborados y confeccionados en tela con características similares al humano al que desean cambiar, para ello debe haber una conexión entre mente, alma y espíritu. Es bastante interesante. Lamentablemente muchas personas están utilizando los muñecos en rituales malintencionados que contradicen el verdadero significado de los muñecos Vudú.
When I started knitting amigurumis my friends and family told me that they looked like voodoo dolls, even when I made the first fabric dolls everyone thought they were Voodoo. Which led me to read a bit about it. Among other articles I read this one which caught my attention for its brief explanation of the meaning of the Voodoo doll. They are dolls elaborated and made of cloth with similar characteristics to the human they wish to change, for this there must be a connection between mind, soul and spirit. It is quite interesting. Unfortunately many people are using the dolls in malicious rituals that contradict the true meaning of the Voodoo dolls.

🧙 Une los brazos al cuerpo y procede a bordar los detalles con hilos pabilos negro y rojo. Usando la aguja lanera.

🕷️ Cast on some stuffing.
🕷️ Leave yarn to sew to the body.
🧙 Join the arms to the body and proceed to embroider the details with black and red pabilo threads. Using the wool needle.
🕷️ Pega el ojo plástico o lo bordas.
🕷️ Hazle unos cabellos con un poquito de hilo ensaltándolo con una puntada sobre el centro de la cabeza.
✍️ Yo usé un ojo plástico en lugar del botón. También puedes bordar el ojo o realizarlo con fieltro.
🕷️ Glue the plastic eye or embroider it.
🕷️ Make some hair with a little bit of thread by threading it with a stitch over the center of the head.
✍️ I used a plastic eye instead of the button. You can also embroider the eye or make it out of felt.
