¿Qué les traigo hoy?
Aún sigo muy ocupada por temas laborales, sigo trabajado muchas horas al día, y no me queda tiempo para tejer ni compartir mucho por acá, eso no me hace muy feliz.
Les cuento, una amiga hace unos dos meses me preguntó si podía tejer lo que ella quería regalar de cumpleaños a su mami, me dijo que quería regalarle dos vestidos para el Niño Jesús. Eso me hizo muy feliz, vestir al Niño Dios es una maravillosa experiencia, y claro, le dije que si lo haría. Pues ando preocupada, la entrega es el el 10 de diciembre, y no es un vestido, son dos, espero poder terminar, ya hice el compromiso. Hoy quiero compartir con ustedes mis avances en uno de los vestido.

I'm still very busy because of work issues, I still work many hours a day, and I don't have time to knit or share much around here, that doesn't make me very happy.
I tell you, a friend of mine about two months ago asked me if I could knit what she wanted to give her mommy for her birthday. That made me very happy, dressing the Child God is a wonderful experience, and of course, I told her that I would do it. Well, I'm worried, the delivery is on December 10th, and it's not one dress, it's two, I hope I can finish, I already made the commitment. Today I want to share with you my advances in one of the dresses.

Pasos
Inicié con una cadeneta para hacer el cuello y las vueltas siguientes las realicé con aumentos.
Luego dividí para dar inicio al busto del vestido y sacar las mangas.
Steps
I started with a chain to make the neck and the following turns were made with increments.
Then I divided to start the bust of the dress and remove the sleeves.
Unas cuantas vueltas tejí para completar la falda del vestido.
Luego que terminé la falda del vestido, le tejí un detalle en la orilla que resaltará la labor.
A few laps I knitted to complete the skirt of the dress.
After I finished the skirt of the dress, I woven a detail on the edge that will highlight the work.
Acá les muestro las mangas.
Now it is the turn to show the sleeves.
A continuación les muestro las terminaciones. lo cual es fundamental en las labores. Me gusta terminar mis creaciones con acabados perfectos y usando los materiales adecuados.

Luego de haber completado la secuencia correspondiente hemos llegado al final de la realización del vestido, aún falta el gorro. Me ha encantado realizar este proyecto, ya que lo usará el Niño Jesús.
After having completed the corresponding sequence we have reached the end of the realization of the dress, still missing the cap. I was delighted to carry out this project, as the Child Jesus will be wearing it.

I feel your stress, 10th December is not too far away, but I am sure you will get the second dress done in time. The first one is already very beautiful and I like the final touches you added (the pearl buttons make the dress very special). And I also love how you accentuated the waist of the dress with a different lace pattern. Both dresses are/will be wonderful gifts.
