Aunque viéndolo bien, Dios es grande y misericordioso, le dio una y muchas oportunidades más para vivir, se salvó varias veces y sus seres queridos pudieron estar con él un tiempo más, pero ya era hora de descansar.
Pero bueno, ahora solo hay que darle tiempo al tiempo. Sé lo que es perder un padre y si es muy doloroso. Ahora bien, a lo que vengo, a mostrarles cómo por fin le hice está bonita scrunchie a mi princesa Ámbar, ya había hecho varias y hasta les he mostrado cómo se hacen.
Pero esta vez, le hice una decoración con unos tulipanes de tela, que también ya había hecho y mostrado de otro modelo, pero esta primera vez que lo hago, me pareció más fácil.
Aunque los que me han leído, saben que nunca falta un show en mis creaciones, je, je, je. Ese es la sazón de mis posts. Bueno, para hacer estos tulipanes usé dos retazos de tela muy linda, por cierto, con un brillo que le dio el toque, como dicen por ahí. Las medidas fueron de 12 cm por 6 cm, cosi los extremos más largos.
Luego lo coloqué al derecho e introducid la mitad hacia adentro como se muestra en la figura. Después, por el medio, le metí una especie de cuero de color verde, cosí la tela con él y lo fruncí, luego jalé la tira y es cuando se va formando la flor, no sin antes, meterle algodón sintético.
Después fui juntando con costura a mano los centros de las flores y para tapar costuras le coloqué una mostacilla y mirad qué lindas quedaron.
La cuerda o cuero verde sirvió para hacer un lindo lazo y la verdad es que se ve muy bonito, amarrado en la scrunchie con una tela blanca de lino muy suave.
Ah, el cuento es que yo había cortado dos tiras y solo una iba a utilizar, ya que los dos tulipanes iban a los dos extremos de la tira. Resulta que hice un tulipán en una tira y el otro en la otra tira, por Dios, porque siempre me toca descoser, je, je, je. Así que eso hice, descosí y volví a hacer el tulipán en donde debía.
Mi princesa Ámbar, cuando se la hice, estaba muy contenta, ya que como les dije, ya le he hecho a otras personas y a mis princesas no les había hecho. Todavía me falta hacerle a las otras dos.
Miren qué linda se le ve con su uniforme, aunque no posó muy bien para las fotos, porque eso es cuando salimos rápido para la escuela.
Por ahí le he estado realizando otros accesorios para el cabello para que los luzcan en la escuela. También le hice un pantalón a Ámbar, que me quedó espectacular. Luego se los muestro.

A scrunchie for my princess Amber

But anyway, now we just have to give it time. I know what it's like to lose a father, and it's very painful. Now, getting to the point, I want to show you how I finally made this pretty scrunchie for my princess Amber. I had already made several and even showed you how to make them.
But this time, I decorated it with some fabric tulips, which I had also made and shown in another model, but this first time I did it, it seemed easier.
Although those who have read my posts know that there's always a bit of drama in my creations, hehehe. That's the spice of my posts. Well, to make these tulips, I used two pieces of very pretty fabric, with a shine that gave it that special touch, as they say. The measurements were 12 cm by 6 cm, and I sewed the longer ends.
Then I placed it right side out and tucked half of it inside as shown in the picture. Next, I inserted a kind of green leather in the middle, sewed the fabric to it and gathered it, then pulled the strip, which is when the flower starts to form, but not before stuffing it with synthetic cotton.
Then I sewed the centers of the flowers together by hand and to cover the seams I added a bead, and look how pretty they turned out.
The green string or leather was used to make a pretty bow and it really looks very nice, tied to the scrunchie with a very soft white linen fabric.
Oh, the story is that I had cut two strips and was only going to use one, since the two tulips were going to be at both ends of the strip. It turns out that I made one tulip on one strip and the other on the other strip, oh my goodness, because I always have to unpick my stitching, hehehe. So that's what I did, I unpicked it and remade the tulip where it should be.
My princess Amber was very happy when I made it for her, because as I told you, I've made them for other people, but not for my princesses. I still have to make them for the other two.
Look how cute she looks in her uniform, even though she didn't pose very well for the photos, because that's when we were rushing off to school.
I've been making other hair accessories for them to wear at school. I also made Amber some pants, which turned out spectacular. I'll show them to you later.
