There are three of us at home today... my son went to spend the weekend with some friends.
While my wife and daughter went shopping downtown, I was lazing around at home a bit... time for myself.
However, I also had some time to cook a fantastic seafood and vegetable paella.
I'm writing these words while watching the rice cook, which should be just right, neither too soft nor too hard, but still fluffy.
So far, it smells nourishing!

What ingredients did you use?
This one in particular:
Fish broth,
fresh shrimp
Cuttlefish
vegetables, artichokes, onion, garlic, pepper, carrot
and, obviously, Bomba rice (European rice, not basmati or eastern types)
Paella, great dish... Ate it once in Barcelona and I was never able to eat one good as this, not even at Mallorca or fuerteventura
You have to choose the correct place
