I was to Italy liek three weeks ago, and could understand the Italians talking (plus there were many Spanish speaking people. Apparently, many Italians fled to Argentina and people from there commonly speak both languages; we met at least three in a small village of Aprica).

Portuguese is even more like Spanish.

So when we want to gossip people around in front of them, we do so in Czech :) Outside the Czech Republic, obviously.
