Espero se encuentren súper bien, hoy les traigo uno de mis post donde les muestro como elaborar un topper de manera fácil, rápida, sencilla y como se vería el resultado final en un pastel ya decorado. Como ya les he mencionado anteriormente hago duo con mi abuela quien es repostera (ella realiza y decora las tortas y yo elaboro y aplico los topper y los detalles finales), pero en esta ocasión fue un poco diferente, ya que tuve que realizar la entrega del pastel personalmente debido a que el pedido fue realizado desde Perú y sería una sorpresa, para ello algunos familiares me acompañaron en la entrega porque también debía grabar el momento, a continuación te muestro un poco de lo que sucedió y el tutorial para realizar este bonito topper personalizado.
I hope you are feeling great, today I bring you one of my posts where I show you how to make a topper in an easy, quick and simple way and how the final result would look like on a decorated cake. As I mentioned before I do duo with my grandmother who is a pastry chef (she makes and decorates the cakes and I make and apply the topper and final details), but this time was a little different, because I had to deliver the cake personally because the order was made from Peru and it would be a surprise, for this some family members accompanied me in the delivery because I also had to record the moment, then I show you a little of what happened and the tutorial to make this nice personalized topper.
Primero dibuje todas las letras y piezas que llevaría el topper, es muy importante que esto se haga con lápiz 3B o 6B, luego los coloque en los foamis del color correspondiente de cada pieza e hice presión para que el grafito se traspasara al foami y quedaran las líneas guías, por donde fui recortando cada una de las piezas, algunas de ellas las pegue en un foami negro y luego recorte dejando un par de milímetros de grosor, luego tome todas estas piezas y las pegue al foami que iría de fondo y recorte el borde dejando unos milímetros de grosor también, con pintura agregue algunos detalles y procedí a pegar los palillos, estos los decore con un listón finito azul, le pegue unas lentejuelas azules y por último le escribí el mensaje personalizado en la parte de atrás.
First I drew all the letters and pieces that would take the topper, it is very important that this is done with pencil 3B or 6B, then place them on the foamis of the corresponding color of each piece and made pressure so that the graphite was transferred to the foami and were the guide lines, where I was cutting each of the pieces, some of them stuck on a black foami and then cut leaving a couple of millimeters thick, then I took all these pieces and glued them to the foami that would be the background and cut the edge leaving a few millimeters thick too, with paint I added some details and proceeded to glue the sticks, these I decorated with a thin blue ribbon, I glued some blue sequins and finally I wrote the personalized message on the back.

la elaboración del pastel y la decoración con la crema la realizo mi abuela, no tome muchas fotos del proceso para no interrumpirla mientras hacia las figuras con la manga, yo elabore y realice la aplicación de los toppers.
the elaboration of the cake and the decoration with the cream was made by my grandmother, I did not take many photos of the process so as not to interrupt it while I made the figures with the sleeve, I elaborated and made the application of the topper.
Para realizar este topper utilicé: foami, pintura, pinceles, palillos, silicon, lentejuelas, tijeras y moldes.
To make this topper I used: foami, paint, brushes, toothpicks, silicone, sequins, scissors and molds.
Luego que estuvo listo el pastel, mi mamá, padrastro y hermana me acompañaron a entregarlo, ya que no era un solo pastel, eran dos, pero del segundo les estaré hablando en un próximo post, esto también fue debido a que el cumpleañero es el suegro de mi hermana y nos quedaríamos a compartir con ellos un rato. mi hermana y mi mamá hicieron la entrega mientras yo grabe el momento para después enviárselos vía messenger a sus familiares en Perú. todo salió muy bien y fue una experiencia divertida.
After the cake was ready, my mom, stepfather and sister accompanied me to deliver it, since it wasn't just one cake, it was two, but I will tell you about the second one in a future post, this was also because the birthday boy is my sister's father in law and we would stay to share with them for a while. my sister and my mom did the delivery while I recorded the moment and then sent it via messenger to their relatives in Peru. everything went very well and it was a fun experience.
