At first glance, I thought this was a cockroach nymph. But when observed, I noticed that this is a leaf beetle. The size of this leaf beetle is small. Smaller than a typical weaver ant.
I do not know much about this leaf beetle, other than that it is common in grassy areas. Taking a photograph of this beetle is not so difficult. The only challenge is its small size.

Sekali imbas, kumbang ini nampak seperti seekor lipas. Tapi bila diamati lama-lama, baru perasan yang ini adalah sejenis kumbang daun. Saiz kumbang ini adalah kecil. Lebih kecil daripada seekor kerengga.
Tidak banyak yang aku tahu berkenaan kumbang ini, selain daripada ianya adalah biasa ditemui di kawasan berumput. Nak mengambil gambar pun tidak begitu susah. Cabaran cuma saiznya yang kecil.
