When you feel the need to boost your energy, you simply need to grab your cup of tea and spend some time in quietness to get motivation to finish your unfinished tasks. When you drink tea, it gives you the energy that you need to continue with your work.

There so many kinds of tea in the world, that anyone can find his favorite flavor. Some kinds of tea help to detoxify your body (ginger, turmeric), others can help to calm down (camomile, lavender). Always check if there are any possible side effects. Pregnant and nursing moms should be careful with herbal tea, and caffeine.

I personally like black tea with milk. Ideally with dried fruits like raisins, dates, dried apricots, some cashews, and almonds.
