How I love thin pancakes. They are as delicious as in childhood.
Very tasty, few ingredients needed, easy to prepare.
I remember my childhood story about pancakes.
When I was little, I lived in a village. Well, as in all normal villages, the owners keep livestock.
We had a cow. I was afraid to approach her. I was small, and the cow seemed so big to me. Although, it seems to me that now I am even more afraid of cows.
My parents were not at home, but I wanted to do something pleasant for them, surprise them with something.
So I decided to bake pancakes. But there was no milk in the refrigerator.
I decided to go and take milk from a cow, milk it. I have never done this before, and after that time I have never approached a cow. Milking cows is not mine. But I overcame my fear, went to the cow, took a cup to milk the cow, I gave her a whole bucket of water, in return I milked one cup of milk.
Okay, yes, I went and milked so much milk I needed as I went to the store)
But it's good that the cow treated me well, and went to make pancakes happy with milk.
Ingredients: 2 cups milk, 2 cups flour, 2 eggs, 2 teaspoons of salt, 2 tablespoons of sugar, 2 tablespoons of sunflower oil.
Cooking. Beat eggs, sugar, salt well with a mixer or whisk. Add flour sifted through a sieve, pour milk, add sunflower oil. Mix everything well. Smear a frying pan with a little oil. Pour the dough into a preheated pan with a thin layer. Fry on both sides until golden brown.
Bon appetit!
It looks so good and delicious.
