I appreciate the tip on the orbit sander, I'll be getting it after I get the drill. Preferred brands? Hopefully that it won't be expensive here either.
We are just falling in love with coloured walls but I don't think my being in my current apartment allows me to do that. I can imagine dull colours hovering around.
It has a few problems but they have been withstood for over a year now. And I'd rather replace my aged fridge before I take on the TV.
