The plants are going bezerk and an unexpected visitor

in Nature Observer15 days ago

Wooww a couple of warmer weather followed with some rain and everything feels greener than green. Don't you love the sight of it?

The new factor in this nature aspect is when I came home today to my field of grass all tossed over like something had been digging. Bigger than a mouse but not like it came from underneith like a mole.

So what the hell is this? After some research I highly expect this to be the work of a badger which kind of sucks. These guys eat rainworms that live in the grass and also larves. But also the mess up the grass like it was mower on crack. Kind of sucks that these are protected animals..hmmm

And also, what else do they like to munch on that is not the best idea. I read something on night time stroboscoop lights but that also seems annoying.

Anyone have an idea to scare them off?
