Thanks for the post and a bit of nostalgia! Just one small correction however, it's not a card game per se, the cards are just how we introduce the items and what holds your creatures and what you capture them in! The game itself you will only see the cards in the hands of the healers as they're trying to figure out what creature to place out in battle next :D
You got a nice bag that'll give you a lot of room in your journey if you decide to give the game a try later + you did get a capture device that only has a 33% chance so not too bad!
and if you absolutely dont wanna play later, you will be able to place most items on the market and/or lease your creatures out to others players wanting to play with alpha creatures!

I'm sure I'm not going to play as I'd like to focus on trading and all my time is dedicated to it, but I'll be a supporter of the project, keep an eye on it and utilize what I have the best way I can.
