You may wanna try engaging more and following more people, etc, and build connections, then start focusing a bit more on creating content, trying out different frontends and dapps on hive, etc.
But yeah I hear you on the difficulty to buy hive for some people/countries.
I tried that briefly with splinterlands back in the day. It seems like most groups make a coin and to get support you have to buy and stake their coin. I tried a few posts where I'd spend a few hours making my graphics and typing everything out then I'd get like 2 views. Even with the fees it wouldn't be so bad if it was just easier. But you've gotta buy on one of the few platforms allowed like crypto.com then pay gas fees to move it to external wallet. Then pay more fees to move it to hive then swap it for hive to buy whatever you need. Just too much work for a game. Any game trying to get mass adoption has to remove these steps. I know there are a ton of regulatory steps with that though.
