Esta semana quise realizar un retrato lleno de vida, color y alegría de una de las criaturas dragón de Holozing. Esta vez, quise enfocarme en transmitir una energía juguetona, amigable y chispeante como los anteriores, y me siento cada vez más fascinada con las posibilidades que me ofrecen los pinceles texturizados del programa. Las texturas, los relieves y la vibración de los colores han logrado que este amiguito cobre vida y se gane un lugar especial en mi galería. Espero de corazón que también conquiste los suyos.
Very good evening to everyone who makes life in the @Holozing community! 🌙✨. I take this moment to send greetings to the entire Holozing team, as well as @Acidyo and all the curators, who give us their space and support. This week I wanted to make a portrait full of life, color and joy of one of Holozing's dragon creatures. This time, I wanted to focus on conveying a playful, friendly and sparkling energy like the previous ones, and I feel more and more fascinated with the possibilities offered by the textured brushes of the program. The textures, the reliefs and the vibrancy of the colors have brought this little fellow to life and earned him a special place in my gallery. I sincerely hope that it will also conquer yours.

Etapas del Dibujo/Drawing Stages
Como de costumbre, comencé mi trabajo con líneas y luego fui definiendo en los bocetos. Opté por una postura abierta, amigable. Para mí, el boceto es el momento de mayor libertad, donde todas las ideas fluyen sin restricciones y la criatura empieza a contar su historia. Opté por tonos cálidos, destacando una piel marrón rica en matices, con toques rojizos que le dieran calidez y textura. La panza roja vino como un contraste perfecto, y los ojos verdes brillantes como la criatura base. Fueron clave para transmitir su vitalidad y simpatía.
As usual, I started my work with lines and then I was defining in the sketches. I opted for an open, friendly posture. For me, the sketch is the moment of greatest freedom, where all ideas flow without restrictions and the creature begins to tell its story. I opted for warm tones, highlighting a brown skin rich in nuances, with reddish touches to give it warmth and texture. The red belly came as a perfect contrast, and the bright green eyes as the base creature. They were key to convey its vitality and friendliness.

Utilicé pinceles de textura para trabajar las escamas, aplicando luces y sombras que acentuaran el volumen del cuerpo. No solo me centré en la criatura, sino que también le agregue algunos detalles para un bosque frondoso. Quería que su entorno fuera igual de encantador que él. Añadí destellos en los ojos, pequeños brillos en las garras y algunos reflejos. Jugué con la saturación y el contraste para unificar la composición y asegurarme de que cada parte se sintiera parte de un todo. Este amiguito dragón no solo siento que me quedó bonito.
I used texture brushes to work on the scales, applying highlights and shadows to accentuate the volume of the body. Not only did I focus on the creature, but I also added some details for a lush forest. I wanted his environment to be just as enchanting as he is. I added sparkles in the eyes, little glows in the claws and some reflections. I played with saturation and contrast to unify the composition and make sure each part felt like part of a whole. This little dragon friend doesn't just feel pretty.
