Hello holotrainers!
Throughout this year, I've been developing a kind of story or lore for the entire world of Holozing and the game that's currently under development.
Based on some hints given in the initial whitepaper, I was able to create a sketch of what the world would be like, some main characters, and a plot involving the control of these creatures and, later on, the recovery of their essence.

Today, I'm going to put everything we've been talking about into a post, a cleaner version to organize the story and perhaps so that some of the users who aren't very familiar with this journey can also get involved. I'm going to summarize as much as possible everything that's happening right now, how the creatures were created, and the motivations of the characters.
The Elemental Islands
These are the locations where all the events unfold, both for the creatures and the humans. In my world, the Holocreatures still exist for the moment and are in the early stages of their relationship with humans, learning from them, seeing them as both friends and enemies.

For now, that's the dynamic of this world: everyone distrusts everyone else. There are humans with good and bad souls, as well as monsters who want to coexist with or destroy humans. It's also worth noting that there are three types of creatures at the moment:
Primitive, Conscious, Superior
Basically, a logical evolution where at each stage the creature has a greater sense of who it is, where it is, and possesses more intelligence and cunning to satisfy its needs.

The Humans
There are two timelines I'm working with: one where humans are just beginning to get to know the creatures and understand the environment around them, and another in the future where the creatures are already extinct and it seems that only a spark or an essence of them remains in the form of a virtual world. Both have their own story.
But I'm looking for a way to link these two timelines. At some point, something catastrophic is going to happen. Humans want to control the creatures, use their power, and of course, the creatures will defend themselves if they are threatened. There could be a war in the future, I don't know.

Humans are perhaps the most important part of my entire story. Here are two main characters who... They're going to be our fish out of water as we discover this world with them, and we'll gradually grow fond of the creatures and understand their behaviors.

What's next?
A little more stability in terms of what's presented. I've given a lot of thought to telling the story in the future alongside the past, and I think it's a good challenge to do it that way. This is also the most interesting stage of all for me and the one we'll develop the most.
We'll see how it goes. If you want to talk about the topic or want to develop these ideas, feel free to do so. The important thing is to share everything we can about this project and develop it even beyond Hive.
