It is evident that playing a blockchain game has its own merits if played with determination. I consider myself lucky playing this coolest musical blockchain game, which not only promotes music and musicians, but also provides players with passive earning on Hive blockchain.
I am playing this game because of @jakkal, a veteran player who writes gaming content and arranges many giveaways for Rising Start and Splinterlands regularly.
The game is pretty simple to play, but to grow your portfolio, it requires a lot of work do, such as collecting pizza boxes to store cold pizza slice, and coffee cups to store coffee. The real game starts after level 15, when the player starts to get Ego, which relatively decreases starbits earning when the amount of fans increases.
Participating in giveaways and contests give you free game stuff, so I keep doing that, since it helps you have some cards or startbits for free. I had won two Starbits prizes courtesy of @playbyhive and @almightygrim during the course of participating in different giveaways. Thanks to all giveaway program managers.
First thing I did a week ago was I bought a pack with earned and rewarded startbits. When I opened the pack I received some cool cards including one from Easter collection 2022.

Although, my asset valuation has a declining value, but I cover it with my current Starbits balance. So it is a positive portfolio for a starter like me.
