Maybe this is not obvious for small players. Question like this have simple answer.
Why we are in war?
This will be longer answer. Because Hunts have shields all the time. Because of shields this game is going to the End. With attack and shield tactic is no possible to longer play by gangs. On the end will be only few big accs and some players under shields, everyone else will be without army.
We told @Hightouch many times but without any update. On the beginning shields was mean to protect small players, but now are only good for big players with attack and shield tactic.
Our war is not personal it is just result of the rigid game where you not have chance to gain prestige points from your opponent and you must go for them to somewhere else.
Like today. Hunts attacked many accounts and gain enough DWDs to buy shield for more than 80 days.
And fore sure they do not stop using these tactic because it is effective. It is sad that we are force to use proxy tactic to wind this game with the loss of innocent players who are victims of a badly set game.
@zepillin if you are still mad, do not be, it is just the game. You can only make pressure to @hightouch to change the rules around the shield. :)
