Ha sido este enero, un mes bien cargado de enseñanzas dentro de la comunidad. Han llovido los temas e iniciativas que han causado en mí, sin mentirles, un crecimiento personal considerable.
Ya sea porque he participado o al leer sus trabajos, he encontrado excelentes antídotos espirituales para enfrentar una vida llena de problemas.
Recientemente, hablé por acá de las salidas de paseo con mi esposa como una de las metas para este año, y de que apenas comenzado el año, ya se estaba haciendo realidad. Pues les cuento que volvió a suceder, y no nos pudo ir mejor.
Pero bueno, no solo en eso ha ido por buenos caminos en este inicio de año, sino que hay otros aspectos, sobre todo en el hogar que hemos ido resolviendo, y que nos dan una paz, que a su vez, es signo salud mental.

January has been a month full of teachings within the community. There have been many topics and initiatives that have caused in me, without lying to you, a considerable personal growth.
Either because I have participated or by reading your works, I have found excellent spiritual antidotes to face a life full of problems.
Recently, I spoke here about going for a walk with my wife as one of my goals for this year, and just at the beginning of the year, it was already becoming a reality. Well, I tell you that it happened again, and it couldn't have gone better.
But well, not only that has gone well at the beginning of the year, but there are other aspects, especially at home that we have been solving, and that give us a peace, which in turn, is a sign of mental health.
Nuestras finanzas han mejorado considerablemente, y no solo por estar asociado a Hive, sino por los emprendimientos, que tenemos en nuestras manos. Hemos hecho algunas reformas en la casa, que desde hace tiempo teníamos pendientes, y que por alguna razón u otra no habíamos podido resolver.
Y mira que eso nos calmó, pues ya saben que cuando una cosa se rompe, enseguida se arma una cadena, de equipos, utensilios, lámparas y otros objetos, a los que también les llega su momento de enfermarse. Pero gracias a Dios, ya logramos resolver algunos eslabones de dicha cadena.
Lo mejor de este mes, ha sido la planificación, pues gracias a ello logramos equilibrar los gastos en alimentos, aseos, en las reformas ya mencionadas, y en una pequeña expansión de los negocios, y aun así, estamos cómodos y listos para empezar febrero.
La relación con la familia también ha mejorado. He experimentado un acercamiento entre nosotros cada vez mayor, y esto, como he dicho en otras ocasiones, es fundamental. Todavía queda mucho por mejorar, sobre todo con mis sobrinos, que a veces agotan mi paciencia por cabezones, pero son niños y adolescentes, y con ellos, trato de hablar sin descanso, pues quiero que en un futuro sean también mis bastones.
Our finances have improved considerably, and not only because we are associated with Hive, but also because of the projects we have in our hands. We have done some renovations in the house, which we had had pending for a long time, and that for some reason or another we had not been able to solve.
And that calmed us down, because you know that when one thing breaks, a chain of equipment, utensils, lamps and other objects, which also have their time to get sick, is immediately set up. But thank God, we have already managed to solve some links in this chain.
The best thing about this month has been the planning, because thanks to it we managed to balance the expenses in food, toilets, in the reforms already mentioned, and in a small expansion of the business, and even so, we are comfortable and ready to start February.
The relationship with the family has also improved. I have experienced a growing closeness between us, and this, as I have said on other occasions, is fundamental. There is still much room for improvement, especially with my nephews, who sometimes exhaust my patience because they are stubborn, but they are children and teenagers, and with them, I try to talk tirelessly, because I want them to be my canes in the future as well.
Días malos en general, no he tenido, y eso es mucho que decir. Por aquí no hay rastros de tristeza, victimismo o depresión. Estamos armados hasta los dientes en caso de que aparezcan, siempre con un escudo que lleva tallado el dicho de que a mal tiempo buena cara, y con una lanza a la que le puse de nombre resiliencia infinita.
De la política a veces me acuerdo, pero la mayoría de las veces la dejo en una esquina. Creo que cuando arregle mi televisor, solo lo dedicaré a ver películas y alguna que otra serie, o mejor, no lo arreglo. Para evitar la tentación de verme rodeado por las malas noticias del país que te anuncian por el noticiero, pero que ya las sabes porque las vives todos los días.
Por lo demás amigos, nada mal para ser el primer mes del año. Tal parece que aquel ritual que la mayoría hacemos ante de iniciar un año, dónde declaramos que “ahora, si nos vamos a poner para las cosas”, no fue pura palabrería para mí. Me lo he cogido en serio.
Ahora he de terminar mi resumen, pues mi esposa me espera impaciente para salir un rato al parque de su ciudad natal (Creo que es la tercera vez que vamos este año).

Otherwise, friends, not bad for the first month of the year. It seems that the ritual that most of us do before the beginning of the year, where we declare that "now, we are going to get ready for things", was not just talk for me. I have taken it to heart.
Eager to get out to their hometown park for a while (I think this is the third time we've gone this year).
