Mientras te leía pensaba en un taller que recientemente realicé sobre neurociencia de la conducta y en él se maneja que la mayoría de nuestras conductas que consideramos heredadas son aprendizajes que comienzan aun antes de nacer, es decir, en el vientre materno y a partir de allí vamos adoptando elementos con los cuales construimos una estructura de pensamiento y acción.
Esto me llamó mucho la atención, pues si lo que decimos que es "el carácter heredado" es realmente conducta aprendida, podemos desaprender y aprender a ser mejores. Así que sigue trabajando la ira, ya que al saberla manejar serás una persona más feliz. Saludos.

While I was reading you I was thinking about a workshop I recently did on behavioral neuroscience and it states that most of our behaviors that we consider inherited are learnings that begin even before we are born, that is, in the womb and from there we adopt elements with which we build a structure of thought and action.
This caught my attention, because if what we say is "inherited character" is really learned behavior, we can unlearn and learn to be better. So keep working on anger, as knowing how to manage it will make you a happier person. Greetings.
