Today I am very happy to be here, grateful for the invitation that my dear friend @yolimarg made me to participate in this wonderful initiative of my friend @damarysvibra called **How You Cultivate Kindness** which I want to take advantage of to invite my dear @ mayi04 @danielysmusic and @ocuarta09 to join And tell us if they are friendly and how they cultivate it.
La Amabilidad es un valor que todos deberíamos poner en práctica a diario en todos los aspectos de la vida, mi abuelo era un hombre tan amable que todos lo conocían por eso:

Siempre saluda a los demás, podría ir en la calle a todos los saludaba, dando los buenos días, tarde o noches, debo confesar que muchas veces sentí pena porque saludaba a todos el mundo aun sin conocerlos, Yo le preguntaba Abuelo quien es ese? No sé Hija era su respuesta, a lo que replicaba: Ajá! Y porque los saludas? Se Sonreía y decía y que hay de malo? Un saludo, una sonrisa o un amable gesto no cuenta nada, tu no sabes que necesidades tengan los demás, quizás hasta de ese simple Hola.!! .
Kindness is a value that we should all practice daily in all aspects of life, my grandfather was such a kind man that everyone knew him for that:

Desde ese día, caí en cuenta que era cierto todo lo que me dijo mi abuelo que hay malo en saludar? Porque no ser amables? No hace daño y por el contrario podría traer muchas cosas buenas a nuestras vidas y a la vida de los demás.

obviamente que la Amabilidad va más allá de un simple saludo, también las acciones hablan y demuestran que tan amable eres y si Cultivas ese valor. A veces me preguntó que sería del Mundo si todos fuéramos amables, si todos tuviéramos una sonrisa para regalar a nuestro paso, qué pasaría si brindamos apoyo a todo aquel que lo necesite? Porque en vez de reír cuando alguien se cae en la calle, no nos acercamos a ayudarlo ? . En fin son Miles de situaciones que se presentan a diario dónde podemos poner en práctica si somos no Amables.
obviously Kindness goes beyond a simple greeting, actions also speak and show how kind you are and if you cultivate that value. Sometimes I wonder what the world would be like if we were all kind, if we all had a smile to give away, what would happen if we provide support to everyone who needs it? Yo creo que la amabilidad es un valor que se cultiva en casa, no los enseñan desde Niño en el hogar y cada día y dependiendo de nuestra educación, va siendo cultivado cada día, como anécdota les puedo decir que en un tiempo trabaje en una Alcaldía y allí se recibían a diario muchas personas, unas con más necesidades que otras, y así mismo unas más amables que otras y fue allí donde siento que tuve que poner en práctica muy bien lo que es la amabilidad ya que sin eso no hubiera podido atenderlo a tantas personas, a veces, había situaciones tensas donde, el buen trato, la paciencia y el respeto debían prevalecer para poner solucionar y darles una respuesta Satisfactoria a todos.
I believe that kindness is a value that is cultivated at home, they are not taught from childhood at home and every day and depending on our education, it is cultivated every day, as an anecdote I can tell you that at one time I worked in a Mayor's Office and there many people were received daily, some with more needs than others, and likewise some more kind than others and it was there where I feel that I had to put kindness into practice very well since without that I would not have been able to attend to him to so many people, sometimes, there were tense situations where good treatment, patience and respect had to prevail to solve and give a satisfactory response to everyone.
No era nada fácil el trabajo porque muchas veces las personas sentían impotencia y frustración de no lograr solucionar sus asuntos, y bueno venía el mal trato a los trabajadore, pero como me los enseño mi abuelo quizás una sonrisa o un acto amable como ofrecerles un café y darles esperanzas de que todo se solucionaría podría cambiar por completo la situación y así era. Empecé a brindarles esa amabilidad que necesitaban y las cosas fluían de mejor manera, mis compañeras me pedí a mi estar al pendientes de atenderlos cada vez que llegaban y eso me hacía sentir muy bien.
The work was not easy at all because many times people felt impotence and frustration of not being able to solve their issues, and well the bad treatment of the workers came, but as my grandfather taught me, perhaps a smile or a kind act like offering them a coffee and giving them hope that everything would be solved could completely change the situation and it was. I began to offer them that kindness that they needed and things flowed in a better way, my colleagues asked me to be on the lookout for them every time they arrived and that made me feel very good.
A lo largo de mi vida he hecho muchas cosas y me ha tocado mucho trabajar con Público, Soy Maestra,me tocó trabajar con estudiantes adultos, así mismo me cajera de un Súper Mercado, trabajar en la Alcaldía y además tener mis Propios negocios y tener que atender a mis clientes me dieron herramientas necesarias para entender que sin La Amabilidad y las buenas acciones no se consigue nada, que con un gesto que salga del corazón se pueden abrir puertas y que solo hay que sonreír y brindar un poco de empatía con nuestros semejantes. Cada día me esfuerzo junto a mi esposo para enseñarle a mi hijo lo importante que es ser buena persona y sembrar esa semilla en la gente, ayudándoles en lo que se pueda.
Throughout my life I have done many things and I have had a lot to work with Público, I am a teacher, I have had to work with adult students, I have also worked as a cashier at a Super Market, worked in the Mayor's Office and also have my own businesses and have that attending to my clients gave me the necessary tools to understand that without Kindness and good deeds nothing is achieved, that with a gesture that comes from the heart doors can be opened and that you just have to smile and offer a little empathy with our clients. similar. Every day I work together with my husband to teach my son how important it is to be a good person and sow that seed in people, helping them in whatever way I can.
Para cultivar este lindo, Necesario e Importante Valor debemos ser siempre auténticos, entregar siempre los mejor de nosotros, ponernos en el lugar de los demás y como decía mi abuelo Jamás hacer lo que no nos gustaría que nos hagan y tratar a los demás como nos gustaría que nos traten.

Tenía tiempo sin andar por aquí ya que he tenido muchas ocupaciones, además de la visita de mi primogénito que vino de Chile y hoy retorna a ese país😥, solo vino de vacaciones, aunque alegre de verlo, sentirlo y saber que allí esta muy bien, aunque no se ha ido y ya siento que lo extraño.
