Hace algunos días en mi trabajo, una compañera se acercó a mí en horas del descanso luego de almorzar y me dice que está cansada de los chismes, que el trabajo no estaba mal pero que no le gustaba toda esa habladuría que mantenían los demás del grupo, yo muy sorprendido de la situación, de como ella se me acerco de esa manera a hablar conmigo le respondí: - pero si tú crees que todos andan en chismes, entonces eso me incluye a mí - a lo cual ella me dice: Hablo contigo porque tú me has dado confianza de expresar lo que siento porque sé que eres discreto y no iras corriendo a contarle a los demás.
*** Yo decidí entonces en aquel momento sacar provecho de esa confianza y poder darle una palabra de aliento o de animo a esta compañera que se encontraba desanimada totalmente.
Mientras la conversación seguía, a mi memoria llegaba una reflexión que a mi parecer quedaba como anillo al dedo. Justo en ese momento de lo más profundo de su ser y con aquel odio y desprecio con el cual se refería a sus compañeros salieron de su boca las siguientes palabras – ME VOY A BUSCAR OTRO TRABAJO, NO SOPORTO MAS LOS CHISMES – Esas palabras (en un tono muy vulgar y despreciable) detonaron en mí el impulso a responderle, no en defensa de los otros compañeros (porque de más está decir que si había chismes y más sobre esa persona), Si no porque mi compañera se estaba envenenando con odio, rencor y no se estaba dando cuenta… Con mucho Amor y seriedad le pregunte – ¿¿¿Y en qué Ciudad, Pueblo, Empleo o familia no hay chismes??? - No hay un solo rincón en este mundo que no exista el chisme… ¿Sabes que es un cuerpoespín? sí, es un animalito con espina me respondió desconcertada. ¿Sabías que hace mucho tiempo estuvieron a punto de desaparecer de la faz de la tierra? Ella me dice, no, yo no lo sabía, pero que tiene que ver eso con lo que estamos hablando, ya te explico.
Durante la Edad de Hielo muchos animales murieron a causa del frío. Los puercoespines, dándose cuenta de la situación, decidieron unirse en grupos. De esta manera se abrigarían y protegerían entre sí, pero las espinas de cada uno herían a los compañeros más cercanos, los que
justo ofrecían más calor. Por lo cual decidieron alejarse unos de otros y
empezaron a morir congelados. Así que tuvieron que hacer una elección: o aceptaban las espinas de sus compañeros o desaparecerían de la Tierra.
Con sabiduría decidieron volver a estar juntos. De esa forma aprendieron a convivir con las pequeñas heridas que la relación con los más cercanos puede ocasionar, ya que lo más importante para ellos era el calor del otro. De esa forma pudieron sobrevivir.
La mejor relación no es aquella que une a personas perfectas, sino aquella en que cada individuo aprende a vivir con los defectos
de los demás y a admirar sus cualidades.
Mi compañera entendiendo la reflexión suspiro y su rostro no pudo ocultar de lo que en su mente y corazón estaban sintiendo en ese momento, me dijo con un tono muy dulce, es verdad todo lo que me dices, ellos no son perfectos y yo tampoco. Yo por otro lado muy contento al ver el resultado de mis palabras le dije, nadie es perfecto y en todos lados en cualquier parte vas a encontrar caos y problemas, lo que importa aquí es saber que vas a hacer tú, ¿seguirás quejándote y ser parte del caos y del problema o serás parte de aquellas personas que brindan la solución? Ya este mundo está muy roto, así que tú eres
responsable de contrarrestar el problema, mejora tu y ayuda a los demás a mejorar, se un ejemplo de vida y bríndales AMOR PAZ Y ARMONIA.
Traigo esta pequeña experiencia a ustedes porque también se que quieren ser parte de la solución, brindando luz en medio de la oscuridad del caos, este mundo no cambiara si yo no decido dar el paso y corregir primeramente mi vida. Podemos ofrecer mas cosas buenas cuando decidimos formar parte de la minoría que decidió cambiar y ser parte de la solución.

With much love and seriousness I asked her - "And in what city, town, job or family is there no gossip? ?? - There is not a single corner of this world that does not have gossip... Do you know what a spinner body is? Yes, it is a little animal with a thorn, she answered me puzzled. Did you know that a long time ago they were about to disappear from the face of the earth? She says, no, I didn't know that, but what does that have to do with what we are talking about, I'll explain.
