Listening to my friends and giving them a word of encouragement can make a difference, sometimes they are wrong, but we have to reflect together and make them understand that they are not right, it is not about telling them what they want to hear, it is about making them understand. , but do it with love so as not to harm anyone and I am very sensitive to the pain of others and I sympathize very easily, that is why I am always surrounded by my friends.
My mother tells me that this is called social intelligence and that wherever I go I have a friend because I have known how to leave a nice memory in their hearts.
I don't like to see my friendships fighting with each other and if life brought us together we must love each other with our virtues and our defects, and respecting others is another way of giving affection.
Building walls is a way to protect ourselves from what others will say, but at the same time we distance ourselves from others and that is not good, because we are human beings and we live in society to socialize with each other, respect tastes and preferences of others, it is vital to cultivate friendships and know that we must respect each other's spaces and moments of meditation
That's why I prefer to build bridges and unite distant hearts and restore them, I like good energy and love to flow, reconciling and forgiving does a lot of good for the heart and you feel like a heavy weight is lifted off your shoulders, that's why I suggest you Learn to listen to your friends and loved ones, try to put yourself in their position so that you can understand it, but at the same time so that you can observe the problem from another angle, and you can help look for possible alternative solutions.
Being judge and party is not easy, especially if it is about two people whom you appreciate, but it is only about being fair and using the right words, not criticizing or allowing others to want to make firewood for the fallen tree, tomorrow. You may be the one going through a situation and you will need a helping hand to help you get out of the hole.
Help without expecting anything in return, life will reward you.
Mediating and restoring go hand in hand if done with the heart.
Building walls means dividing us, distancing us and filling us with a feeling of guilt that devours us inside every day.

Saludos comunidad de #Holos&lotus ,hoy tengo el placer de unirme a esta comunidad para participar en la iniciativa de @damarysvibra con la interrrogante Eres mediador ,construye puentes o levantas muros?
Lograr mantener buenas amistades a tu alrededor desde la infancia es algo muy lindo y especial ,en mi caso conservo muchas amistades desde mi infancia y es que he sabido estar al lado de ellos no solo en los buenos momentos,sino también en los momentos difíciles y en los problemas que se presentan solos .
Escuchar a mis amigas y darle una palabra de aliento y de animo puede marcar la diferencia, a veces están equivocadas, pero hay que reflexionar juntos y haceeles entender que no tienen la razón, no se trata de decirles lo que quieren escuchar, es hacerles entender , pero hacerlo con amor para no dañar a nadie y es que soy muy sencible al dolor ajeno y me solidariso con mucha facilidad, por eso siempre estoy rodeada de mis amistades .
Mi madre me dice que eso se llama inteligencia social y es que donde quiera tengo una amistad porque he sabido dejar un lindo recuerdo en sus corazones .
No me gusta ver mis amistades peleadas entre si y es que si la vida nos unió debemos querernos con nuestras virtudes y con nuestros defectos ,y respetar a los demas es una forma mas de dar cariño.
Levantar muros ,es una manera de protegerse del que diran de los demás, pero a la vez nos alejamos de los demás y eso no es bueno, porque somos seres humanos y vivimos en sociedad para socializar los unos con los otros, respetar los gustos y preferencias de los demás, es vital para cultivar las amistades y saber que hay que respetar los espacios y momentos de meditación de cada cual.
Por eso prefiero construir puentes y unir los corazones alejados y restaurarlos, me gusta que fluya la buena energía y el amor, reconciliar se y perdonarse le hace muy bien al corazón y sientes que un fuerte peso te quitas de encima, por eso te sugiero que aprendas a escuchar a tus amigos y seres queridos,trata de ponerte en su posición para que lo puedas entender ,pero a la vez para que observes el problema desde otro ángulo, y pueeas ayudar a buscar posibles alternativas de soluciones.
Ser juez y parte, no es fácil,sobre todo si se trata de dos personas a las cuales aprecias,pero solo se trata de ser justo y de usar las palabras adecuadas, no criticar ni permitir que otros quieran hacer leña del árbol caido, mañana puedes ser tù la que estés atravesando por una situación y vas a nwcesitar de una mano amiga que te ayude a sslir del hoyo .
Ayuda sin esperar nada a cambio, la vida se encargarà de recompensarte.
Mediar y restaurar van juntas de la mano si se hace con el corazón .
Levantar muros es dividirnos,alejarnos y llenarnos de un sentimiento de culpa que nos devora por dentro cada día.
Por eso demos le paso al amor,la paz y a todas las cosas lindas que llevamos por dentro a través de puentes inquebrantables.
