Primero que todo, voy a responder brevemente las 3 preguntas.
1.-¿Qué es para ti la alegría de vivir?
Para mí, la alegría de vivir es sentir esas ganas de manifestar estados de ánimo que coadyuven a que la gente se encuentre placenteramente, y que uno mismo sea feliz compartiendo.
2.-¿Cómo la experimentas?
Es fácil enterarme de dar y recibir alegría porque la integración debe ser en un clima de satisfacción puesto de manifiesto en las reacciones, y que todos se sientan contentos.
3.-¿Qué te hace sentir alegre?
Me esmero y esfuerzo por hacer reír y hacer sentir bien a mi prójimo.
Entre las cosas que me hacen sentir alegre está poder cantar, tocar mi cuatro y amenizar a los demás.
Alegría de vivir.
Desde que vi este post tan lleno de alegría, colorido, cordialidad en la asistencia y ese entusiasmo natural que brota en un ambiente, me dieron ganas de sumarme a esta iniciativa porque, además, la alegría es uno de los elementos que me han acompañado siempre en la existencia.
Y es que la alegría es lo que hace crear una atmósfera de agrado y empatía, y hace que loa gente te vea con ojos de simpatía, amistad y confianza al apenas conocerte, y lo digo por la experiencia.
Ahora, ¿qué hace que la alegría cree afectos y atracciones en la gente? Hay que agradecer a Dios cada día por los motivos que hacen que las personas siempre expresen esa disposición, yo diría que a ser felices tando brindando alegría como recibiéndola.
Alegría, alegría, alegría. Una de mis palabras predilectas, y que me hace recordar diferentes episodios de mi vida, y citaré, a manera de ejemplo, cuando yo llegaba a casa y mi suegra Mercedes, ya fallecida, me manifestaba a eso de las 6 de la tarde después de cumplir con mis labores, frases como:
-¡¡¡Llegó la alegría de esta casa!
Allí convivíamos mi esposa, mi hijo de apenas 5 o 6 años entonces, mi cuñado Daniel y yo, y ella profesaba el cristianismo.
En cuanto a qué me ha llegado a pregonar alegría por dondequiera que voy, es indudable que mi instrumento musical el cuatro ha sido pieza importante porque al llegar a las fiestas a animar cumpleaños, bodas, actos infantiles o celebraciones de cualquier tipo, la gente se me acercaba.
Me agradaban estas situaciones porque extraía risas y sonrisas de la gente porque igualmente contaba chistes graciosos y me sabía muchas canciones que hacían que los demás se sumaran al coro.
Eso fue hasta los 60 años porque cambió mi vida por razones de fuerza mayor. Algunas veces asisto a reuniones así porque la pandemia del Covid-19 me hizo alejar de esa costumbre.
En el plano profesional, la alegría me llevó a adquirir distinciones que recuerdo con mucho agrado, y es que cuando laboré en un liceo desde 1976, resulté el docente más popular por abrumadora ventaja en acto donde solo votaban los alumnos de séptimo, octavo y noveno grado.
Como solo contaba con 22 años, me confundía con los alumnos de los cuales algunos tenían hasta 17 años, y los representantes me invitaban a sus casas a un brindis o a una cena, y luego tocaba el cuatro y cantaba.
Cuando en 1986 pasé a trabajar como docente de educación musical de preescolar, mi relación increíblemente se volcó en aquellos niños que me veían muy alegre y el júbilo era total.
De manera muy afectuosa siempre por la alegría me han dicho que soy un payaso porque no estoy con reservas a la hora llegar a una actividad donde hay que disfrutar.
Mención aparte hago a que muy pocas veces he aceptado dinero por tocar y cantar en alguna celebración y, como anécdota cuento que una vez estaba en un bar animando a la concurrencia y, cuando en uno de mis regresos del baño encontré el cuatro lleno de billetes de buen monto, pero las personas se asombraron cuando vacié el instrumento y le regalé el dinero a una vendedora de arepas que entró en ese momento.
Agradezco a @miriannalis por esta linda oportunidad de poder manifestar experiencias de la alegría en mi existencia, y para mí es la alegría de vivir.
Joy of living.
First of all, I will briefly answer the 3 questions.
1.-What is the joy of living for you?
For me, the joy of living is to feel the desire to manifest moods that help people to be pleasant, and that one is happy sharing.
How do you experience it?
It is easy to learn to give and receive joy because the integration must be in a climate of satisfaction shown in the reactions, and that everyone feels happy.
3.-What makes you feel happy?
I make an effort to make others laugh and feel good.
Among the things that make me feel happy is being able to sing, play my cuatro and entertain others.
Since I saw this post so full of joy, colorful, cordiality in attendance and that natural enthusiasm that springs in an environment, I wanted to join this initiative because, in addition, joy is one of the elements that have always accompanied me in existence.
Joy is what creates an atmosphere of pleasantness and empathy, and makes people see you with eyes of sympathy, friendship and trust as soon as they meet you, and I say this from experience.
Now, what makes joy create affection and attraction in people? We have to thank God every day for the reasons that make people always express that disposition, I would say, to be happy giving joy as well as receiving it.
Joy, joy, joy, joy. One of my favorite words, and that makes me remember different episodes of my life, and I will cite, as an example, when I came home and my mother-in-law Mercedes, now deceased, told me at about 6 pm after fulfilling my duties, phrases like:

My wife, my son, who was only 5 or 6 years old at the time, my brother-in-law Daniel and I lived there, and she professed Christianity.
As for what has made me spread joy wherever I go, there is no doubt that my musical instrument, the cuatro, has been an important part because when I went to parties to celebrate birthdays, weddings, children's events or celebrations of any kind, people would come up to me.
I liked these situations because I extracted laughter and smiles from people because I also told funny jokes and I knew many songs that made others join in the chorus.
That was until I was 60 years old because it changed my life due to force majeure. I sometimes attend meetings like that because the Covid-19 pandemic drove me away from that habit.
On the professional level, joy led me to acquire distinctions that I remember with great pleasure, and that is that when I worked in a high school since 1976, I was the most popular teacher by overwhelming advantage in an event where only seventh, eighth and ninth grade students voted.
As I was only 22 years old, I was confused with the students, some of whom were as young as 17 years old, and the representatives invited me to their homes for a toast or dinner, and then I played the cuatro and sang.
When in 1986 I went to work as a preschool music education teacher, my relationship incredibly turned to those children who saw me very happy and the joy was total.
In a very affectionate way, I have always been told that I am a clown because I have no reservations when it comes to an activity where you have to enjoy.
As an anecdote I tell that once I was in a bar cheering up the crowd and when I came back from the bathroom I found the cuatro full of large bills, but people were amazed when I emptied the instrument and gave the money to an arepas vendor who came in at that moment.

Mi muy apreciado amigo Landis, gracias por ser como eres, un ser muy especial, como pocos, ers uno de esos seres donde lo más importante y satisfactorio para ti es ver a todos riendo de alegría, es sacar una sonrisa al que está triste o melancólico, si bien es cierto como no todos somos moneditas de oro para todos, por supuesto que muchos te han llamado payaso (como tu lo dices en tu escrito) pero resulta que esas personas que hacen la crítica, generalmente están llenos de tristeza profunda y les da miedo a sonreír y no pueden expresar un sentimiento que no vive en su corazón.
