Coincido mucho en ése de que la espiritualidad nada tiene que ver con ser religioso, es más una persona puede ser muy religioso pero no espiritual o muy espiritual pero no religioso.
La espiritualidad es ésa conexión interna, real con lo celestial, con lo divino, estar en comunión con Dios ése Ser Superior que habíta dentro de nosotros, en nuestra alma sin importar el nombre que le pongamos ya sea Dios, Yahvé, Jehová, Alá, Vida, Divinidad, Padre Creador, Universo, todos éstos nombres nos llevan a un mismo Ser Supremo, el nombre sólo refleja nuestra preferencia personal de acuerdo a nuestras creencias religiosas.

actividades que nos producen sensaciones saludables como: la bondad, generosidad, el amor en todas sus expresiones, con el corazón, la vida y son muchos los caminos por los que podemos alcanzarla meditando, orando, en el silencio, estar en contacto con la naturaleza, en la soledad, en la alegría, la tristeza, estando en compañía , perteneciendo a alguna religión.
La espiritualidad es un aspecto esencial e individual del ser humano, dónde podemos creer en Dios sin necesidad de estar forzados a pertenecer a alguna congregación, es ésa fuerza interna que nos impulsa a querer ser mejor persona, a avanzar, aceptar la vida tal cual se presente con lo bueno, lo malo y lo mejor, es creer sin ver, amar, servir , ayudar, es no juzgar, es perdonar, bendecir, es estar en paz, es entender,es dar sin esperar nada a cambio, es sentir sin ser tocado, es conocer a Dios, entender y aceptar que Dios es amor y que su poder sobre nosotros es infinito.

Y me doy cuenta que si soy un ser espiritual pero que también soy ése Ser humano normal que comete errores que me puedo enojar, estar triste, vivir cada emoción que me toque, pero conocerme internamente es darme cuenta que no solo somos materia, eso me da la oportunidad de aprender de cada error, gestionar mis emociones y seguir adelante que la vida vale la pena vivirla.

And I realize that if I am a spiritual being but that I am also that normal human being that makes mistakes that I can get angry, be sad, experience every emotion that touches me, but knowing myself internally is realizing that we are not only matter, that It gives the opportunity to learn from every mistake, manage my emotions and move forward because life is worth living.
