Cuando hablamos de los colores que representan la temporada navideña podemos encontrar los principales que serían el verde, el rojo y el blanco. Para mi el color que me parece más llamativo y que podría describir la navidad sin duda sería el blanco, el blanco es un color que refleja pureza, armonía y paz, está asociado con el mundo espiritual pero también es usado mucho en esta época de navidad, donde vemos pinos con el color blanco sobre el como si fuera nieve, también en los adornos donde hay varios como los osos polares, angeles, luces y entre otros adornos que también llevan el blanco.
En mi hogar hay variedad de colores y están los típicos de la navidad pero el que siempre me ha parecido sublime es el blanco, me hace pensar en las navidades de cuando era niña, en la inocencia y en la paz que existía en el mundo en medio de esa etapa tan bonita como lo es la infancia. Recuerdo también el momento de estar espiritualmente cerca de Dios y como el color blanco era el principal para recibirlo como parte de mi vida. Tal vez no todos creen en Dios y está bien, hay personas que con sus acciones demuestran más bondad que otros que predican la palabra pero no la aplican en su vida.
Cuando me imagino la navidad y como me gustaría poder recibir el nuevo año pienso en el deseo de paz interior que tanto he buscado, en la forma simple de reconocer las cosas importantes de la vida que no se pueden comprar o que no se consiguen con maniobras. El blanco es el color de la esperanza y de la armonía en el mundo, es pureza y es lo que nos da la sensación de tener una navidad llena de colores que resaltan sobre este color como el que hace que todo se vea brillante y que nos deje un mensaje sobre los últimos días del año, que son de reflexión y de entendimiento sobre lo que queremos para nuestra vida y cómo conseguiremos que nuestros anhelos se cumplan.
Al encender las luces blancas se observa un ambiente tranquilo y lleno de energía positiva, puedo verlo en el nacimiento de mi casa, en el árbol de navidad que también tiene varios colores, entre ellos el blanco. Tal vez ya las navidades no son iguales, no existe esa misma emoción que en años anteriores por diferentes motivos, pero pienso que la navidad y el significado se lo damos nosotros, ya sea creando el espacio que queremos ver en esta época como adornando nuestro hogar o disfrutando de la temporada junto a las personas que son importantes para nosotros y que nos han acompañado un año más, lleno de subidas y bajadas.
Este año para mí estuvo lleno de momentos blancos, en los que no tenía la certeza de nada, pero vi siempre la mano de Dios cerca de mi. La parte espiritual es muy importante sobre todo porque es lo que nos permite tener fortaleza incluso cuando no encontramos las respuestas a nuestras preguntas. Y veo algo superior que está rodeado de colores blancos, en un lugar especial desde donde observa cada paso que damos creamos en él o no, siempre con la intención de guiarnos y de ser nuestro apoyo en cualquier circunstancia que vivamos.
Por eso para mí el color blanco representa la navidad, una época de escuchar a nuestro corazón, de unirnos más como familia, de buscar dejar atrás lo que nos dolió y de aprender que aunque hayamos pasado por diferentes momentos difíciles, aún existe la oportunidad de volver a comenzar. El blanco lo describo como nuevos comienzos y como ese color que es tan especial y que me recuerda las navidades pasadas, con un gran sentimiento de alegría y de paz por haber llegado hasta aquí hoy, teniendo una nueva oportunidad de comenzar de nuevo con nuevos aprendizajes.

When we talk about the colours that represent the Christmas season, we can find the main ones, which would be green, red and white. For me, the colour that I find most striking and that could describe Christmas without a doubt would be white. White is a colour that reflects purity, harmony and peace. It is associated with the spiritual world, but it is also used a lot during the Christmas season, where we see pine trees covered in white as if it were snow, as well as in decorations such as polar bears, angels, lights and other ornaments that also feature white.
In my home, there is a variety of colours, including the typical Christmas colours, but the one that has always seemed sublime to me is white. It makes me think of Christmas when I was a child, of the innocence and peace that existed in the world during that beautiful stage of life that is childhood. I also remember the moment of being spiritually close to God and how the colour white was the main colour for welcoming Him into my life. Perhaps not everyone believes in God, and that's fine. There are people who show more kindness through their actions than others who preach the word but do not apply it in their lives.
When I imagine Christmas and how I would like to welcome in the New Year, I think about the inner peace I have sought for so long, about the simple way of recognising the important things in life that cannot be bought or achieved through manoeuvring. White is the colour of hope and harmony in the world, it is purity and it is what gives us the feeling of having a Christmas full of colours that stand out against this colour, making everything look bright and leaving us with a message about the last days of the year, which are for reflection and understanding what we want for our lives and how we will achieve our desires.
When the white lights are turned on, you can see a peaceful atmosphere full of positive energy. I can see it in the nativity scene in my house, in the Christmas tree, which also has several colours, including white. Perhaps Christmas is not the same anymore. For various reasons, there is not the same excitement as in previous years, but I think that we give Christmas its meaning, whether it is by creating the space we want to see at this time of year, decorating our home, or enjoying the season with the people who are important to us and who have accompanied us through another year full of ups and downs.
This year was full of blank moments for me, when I was unsure of anything, but I always saw God's hand close to me. The spiritual aspect is very important, above all because it is what allows us to remain strong even when we cannot find the answers to our questions. And I see something greater that is surrounded by white colours, in a special place from where it observes every step we take, whether we believe in it or not, always with the intention of guiding us and supporting us in whatever circumstances we may face.
That's why, for me, the colour white represents Christmas, a time to listen to our hearts, to come together more as a family, to try to leave behind what hurt us and to learn that even though we have gone through difficult times, there is still an opportunity to start again. I describe white as new beginnings and as that colour that is so special and reminds me of past Christmases, with a great feeling of joy and peace for having made it this far today, having a new opportunity to start again with new lessons learned.
