Soy Resolutiva
Saludos amigos de Hive y de la comunidad Holos&Lotus, estoy participando en la iniciativa propuesta por @damarysvibra, en donde presenta un tema muy llamativo “Ser Resolutivo”.
Cuando vi el tema en el tapete me dije pero si yo soy de las que resuelvo todo. Creo que hable demasiado rápido. Mi hijo me paso el libro de sudoku; ¿resuelve esto pues? Yo no soy capaz de resolverlo, aunque creo que no me he puesto en ello. Supongo que puedo aprenderlo.
Pero entonces es que tengo mal el concepto de soy una persona que resuelve. La realidad no lo puedo todo, pero lo intento.
No lo puedo negar he estado leyendo otros post sobre el tema y sin duda de equivocarme los participantes de hive que se quedan y que hacen vida en ella, son gente que resuelve.
Entender que el ser humano reacciona de diferentes formas ante situaciones muy parecidas. Como me paso a mi en una ocasión que salí del banco de hacer unas diligencias y me habían robado el carro de mi papá, simplemente me quede paralizada, mi hija me hablaba y preguntaba que íbamos y yo no me movía. Tarde unos cuantos minutos en tomar decisiones. Nunca me había pasado directamente una situación así. Fue abrumador en verdad.
Siendo la más pequeña de mi grupo familiar siempre los mayores tenían responsabilidades y eran los que resolvían los problemas. Pero yo tenía una mamá muy trabajadora y creativa que siempre encontraba solución a los problemas aunque que quedaba despierta muchas horas hasta encontrarle solución.
Creo que eso me ayudo mucho con su ejemplo a siempre buscarle la solución a los problemas.
Soy resolutiva por herencia y ejemplo de mi madre. Pero como dije no soy perfecta también me he encontrado problemas difíciles de solucionar.
Mi idea y solución de un problema lo veo más o menos así:
Identifico si es mi problema y sino es mío le paso por el lado.
Cuadro los pasos y materiales que tengo para solucionarlo.
Me pongo en acción.
Resuelvo el problema.
Que importante nos sentimos cuando logramos resolver un problema. Salimos airosos de la situación, pero ocurre a veces, que no se soluciona como queríamos sino que las energía parecen desviarse de otro modo y debemos tener la paciencia y la sabiduría para entenderlo.
Constantemente cada mañana, desde que nos levantamos estamos resolviendo pequeños o grandes problemas. Y los superamos sin ningún tipo de inconveniente porque tenemos la preparación, la capacidad y los recursos para hacerlo.
En mi trabajo a diario le resuelvo problemas a los clientes que acuden a mi empresa y muchas veces les causo otros. Acuden con algún tipo de repuesto para su nevera, que según el técnico está dañado, lo revisamos y está bueno.
Le solucione un problema y le cause la búsqueda posiblemente de otro "técnico". Además de averiguar que es lo que tiene dañado la nevera.
Tengo meses con un problema que se que podré solucionarlo pronto, el techo de mi casa se está mojando, no he contado con todos los recursos para repararlo. Poco a poco he ido comprando los materiales que se requieren, me esfuerzo cada día en ser activa en Hive. No soy de las que le va a pedir a sus hijos que le den dinero para solucionar un problema. Estoy segura de lograrlo.
Los venezolanos tenemos problemas de servicios casi a diario y sin embargo mantenemos un buen humor casi envidiable. Y creo que es parte de tener una buena actitud la que puede ayudar a cualquiera a solucionar un problema.

Being the youngest in my family group, the elders always had responsibilities and were the ones who solved the problems. But I had a very hard-working and creative mother who always found solutions to problems, although she stayed awake for many hours until she found a solution.
I think that helped me a lot with his example to always look for the solution to problems.
I am decisive by inheritance and example from my mother. But as I said, I am not perfect, I have also encountered problems that are difficult to solve.
I see my idea and solution to a problem more or less like this:
I identify if it is my problem and if it is not mine, I will pass it by.
I list the steps and materials I have to solve it.
I take action.
I solve the problem.
How important we feel when we manage to solve a problem. We get out of the situation successfully, but sometimes it happens that it is not resolved as we wanted but rather the energies seem to be diverted in another way and we must have the patience and wisdom to understand it.
Constantly every morning, from the moment we wake up, we are solving small or big problems. And we overcome them without any problem because we have the preparation, the capacity and the resources to do so.
In my work, I solve problems for clients who come to my company on a daily basis and many times I cause them others. They come with some type of replacement for their refrigerator, which according to the technician is damaged, we check it and it is good.
It will solve a problem for you and possibly cause you to search for another "technician". In addition to finding out what is damaged in the refrigerator.
I have had a problem for months that I know I will be able to solve soon, the roof of my house is getting wet, I have not had all the resources to repair it. Little by little I have been purchasing the materials that are required, I strive every day to be active in Hive. I am not one of those who is going to ask their children to give them money to solve a problem. I'm sure I can achieve it.
We Venezuelans have service problems almost daily and yet we maintain an almost enviable good mood. And I think it's part of having a good attitude that can help anyone solve a problem.

Excelente lección de ser resolutivos porque aceptar que tenemos limitaciones, también es una fortaleza que nos lleva a tomar acción para encontrar alternativas.

Sin duda alguna una mujer echada para adelante y como ser humano que somos imperfectos, tomando la parte positiva y dispuesta a echarle pichón a todo.
Ya al levantarnos, estamos viendo que vamos a solucionar. Ando en lo mismo que tú, rogándole a Dios que no llueva, manita hay unas goteras que quiero se vayan y me dicen que no porque están felices conmigo, eso es lo malo de ser chévere con todo el mundo 🤣😂😅.
