Aceptar el envejecimiento que ocurre al pasar los años en cada persona es parte fundamental de la vida, todo esto es algo natural que debemos aceptar e igualmente respetar. Se sabe que se pierden algunas cuentas destrezas y formas de llevar la vida, pero no todo es negativo, los años nos aportan grandes aprendizajes, sabiduría y mucho más, hay que aprender a valorar y aceptar está etapa que nos enseña mucho, y puede ser tan bonita como las demás, si la llevamos con aceptación y cariño, de una forma sana.
Accepting the aging that occurs as the years go by in each person is a fundamental part of life, all this is something natural that we must accept and respect. It is known that some skills and ways of life are lost, but not everything is negative, the years bring us great learning, wisdom and much more, we must learn to value and accept this stage that teaches us a lot, and can be as beautiful as the others, if we carry it with acceptance and affection, in a healthy way.

Para obtener los resultados deseados, todo empieza primordialmente por la aceptación, es cuestión de ayudar a los adultos mayores de nuestro alrededor y algo más, hablarles desde el corazón y hacerles entender que los tiempos de antes no pueden volver, aceptar que las cosas no volverán a ser como antes, por lo tanto no hay nada que hacer en ese caso, pero aún así, pueden y podemos hacernos cargo de nuestro presente y futuro y trabajar en el, vivir el ahora con las personas que los rodean y aman.
To obtain the desired results, everything starts primarily with acceptance, it is a matter of helping the older adults around us and something else, talk to them from the heart and make them understand that the times of before cannot come back, accept that things will not be like before, therefore there is nothing to do in that case, but still, they can and we can take charge of our present and future and work on it, live in the now with the people who surround and love them.
Además una buena idea es agradecer, por todo lo aprendido, todo lo bueno que les ha ofrecido la vida, recordar esos momentos que permanecen en su memoria y recordarlos con alegría en vez de tristeza, se pueden extrañar, pero de una buena manera, de una forma sana que no afecte a nuestra salud emocional, así que sería un buen ejercicio tomar una hoja y anotar esos momentos inolvidables para ellos.
Also a good idea is to be thankful, for everything they have learned, all the good things that life has offered them, remember those moments that remain in their memory and remember them with joy instead of sadness, they can be missed, but in a good way, in a healthy way that does not affect our emotional health, so it would be a good exercise to take a sheet of paper and write down those unforgettable moments for them.
Está es una etapa hermosa, la cuál se debe valorar mucho, tal vez no sean los mismos de antes, pero tienen mucho más conocimiento y sabiduría, así que hay que disfrutar de ellos y aceptar el presente, para todo hay tiempo y como las demás etapas, debe ser grandemente valorada y mucho más que eso, tenemos la responsabilidad efectiva de aceptarla como parte de nosotros.👵🏻🤍
