✨ ¿Cómo seducimos a la vida?
Claramente, la vida no es fácil, hay que aprender a llevar todo lo que ella nos pone en frente, aprendiendo o entendiendo que en la vida todos los seres humanos tenemos responsabilidades, tareas, actividades que debemos cumplir; que normalmente las vemos de mala manera; como luchas, batallas, llenas de cansancio y angustias, que para poder sobrellevarla debemos darle un giro de enfoque para transformarlo en situaciones mas agradables dónde las disfrutamos, les dedicamos tiempo con pasión y compromiso, pero sobre todo le colocamos Amor ese sentir mágico capaz de cambiar cualquier momento o resultado cuando está ahí presente. ❤️
Yo, seduzco a la vida a través del amor, la sonrisa, soltando y confiando en todo lo que el universo tiene preparado para mí, porque nada es coincidencia. Al darle grandes cantidades de amor a la vida, se van todas las cosas malas y desagradables perdiendo poder esas angustias, esas luchas y batallas y todo lo malo que podamos ver en el camino; así le doy otra perspectiva por medio del sentir amor y felicidad. 😍 Creo que debemos permitir que la vida te vaya mostrando desde el amor por dónde es el camino a seguir.
Por eso siempre ando con una actitud positiva desde el amor, disfrutando y dándole la vuelta a la tortilla (como dicen por ahí), para poder entender y atacar cualquier situación que se le presente.
Otra forma que tengo para seducir la vida, es a traves de la sonrisa; riendo, soltando y confiando en todo lo que el universo tiene preparado para mí, normalmente en nuestro día a día andamos de manera automática (si señores); es decir, programados de forma inconsciente para realizar todas nuestras actividades, como: levantarse, cepillarse, hace desayuno, llevar a los niños al colegio, irse al trabajo, etc.
Así, cuando pasa algo algo que nos impide llevar a cabo alguna de estas actividades, nuestra mente se bloquea y entra en pánico, pensando que todo lo malo le sucede a uno nada más (porque me ha pasado muchas veces 🤭) y muchas veces no sabemos ni que hacer (nos bloqueamos), ya que estamos acostumbrados a que todo funcione de manera tan lineal, que cuando la vida nos pone pequeños baches no sabemos que hacer, nuestra mente no encuentra como resolverlo y es donde empezamos a decir que tenemos a la mala suerte encima. 🙈
Pero es, en ese instante donde decimos ¡EPA! relax, respira, sonríe, ríete con la vida, suelta (cuando suelta, es soltar ese problema o circunstancia, dejar de pensar en el como un problema) y confía. Así, veraz como empiezan a surgir una cantidad de posibilidades y soluciones a esas situaciones o baches que la vida te está colocando, para despertarte y recordarte que somos seres humanos y que está bien que no todo fluya de manera lineal o acostumbrada. de esta manera veraz como llega la magia y tomarás con actitud esa circunstancia y la transformarás, de eso dependerá el éxito de los resultados.
Les confieso que aprender todas estas técnicas y herramientas no fue fácil, antes yo era una persona negativa creía en la mala suerte 🙈 y por cualquier cosa que no me saliera bien me molestaba, he tenido que entrenar mi mente y ver el lado positivo a todo lo que la vida me pone en frente, ya tengo varios años en esto. 🤭

I hope everyone is having a great Saturday 🌼 filled with lots of love 😍 today I make my first entry to this fascinating community @holoslotus joining this beautiful initiative proposed by @mosa71 where we can share our ways of seducing life; I take this opportunity to invite our friends @elecris05 and @missel20 to tell us how they seduce life?
✨ **How do we seduce life?
Clearly, life is not easy, we have to learn to carry everything that it puts in front of us, learning or understanding that in life all human beings have responsibilities, tasks, activities that we must fulfill; that we usually see them in a bad way; as struggles, battles, full of fatigue and anguish, that in order to cope with it we must give it a turn of focus to transform it into more pleasant situations where we enjoy them, we dedicate time with passion and commitment, but above all we put Love that magical feeling capable of changing any moment or result when it is there present. ❤️
I seduce life through love, smile, letting go and trusting in everything the universe has prepared for me, because nothing is coincidence. By giving large amounts of love to life, all the bad and unpleasant things go away losing power those anxieties, those struggles and battles and everything bad that we can see on the way; so I give it another perspective through feeling love and happiness. I believe that we must allow life to show you from the point of view of love where the path to follow is.
That's why I always walk with a positive attitude from love, enjoying and turning the tortilla around (as they say), to be able to understand and attack any situation that comes up.
Another way that I have to seduce life, is through the smile; laughing, letting go and trusting in everything that the universe has prepared for me, normally in our day to day we walk automatically (yes gentlemen); that is, programmed unconsciously to perform all our activities, such as: get up, brush, make breakfast, take the kids to school, go to work, etc..
So, when something happens that prevents us from carrying out any of these activities, our mind gets blocked and panics, thinking that everything bad happens to us (because it has happened to me many times 🤭) and many times we do not even know what to do (we get blocked), since we are used to everything working in such a linear way, that when life puts us small bumps we do not know what to do, our mind does not find how to solve it and that is where we start to say that we have bad luck on top of us. 🙈
But it is, in that instant where we say EPA! relax, breathe, smile, laugh with life, let go (when you let go, it is to let go of that problem or circumstance, stop thinking of it as a problem) and trust. This way, you will see how a lot of possibilities and solutions to those situations or potholes that life is placing you, to wake you up and remind you that we are human beings and that it is okay that not everything flows in a linear or usual way. this way you will see how the magic comes and you will take that circumstance with attitude and you will transform it, the success of the results will depend on that.
I confess that learning all these techniques and tools was not easy, before I was a negative person I believed in bad luck 🙈 and anything that did not go well bothered me, I have had to train my mind and see the positive side to everything that life puts in front of me, I already have several years in this. 🤭
