前几天说是“钱包维护，暂停充值”，结果没停充值，却把提现steem停了。

昨天说要支持空投HIVE，我登陆币安官网，发现steem充值和提现都开通了。

今天准备把steem提现到钱包，发现有TM的币安把提现steem给停了。
