I just started the game a month ago and decided to created a second account. I was a bit unhappy by this change, as I was afraid that the leveling up of the second account will be to expensive, as I'm afraid if I will get enough DEC to be able to move to Silver 3. Till now it seems that I'm able to do it with the DEC from the ranked matches. So that was sorted out. I do believe it is fair, that higher ranked ppl get more DEC, I just hope the rents won't be to high at the end of the season! :)
