Hello everyone, have a nice day and good luck. This time it's the turn of the units with the Drakoshan and Tideborn bloodlines from the Conclave Arcana reward set.
Let's start with the Drakoshans. First, let's learn what they are in the Splinterlands lore:

Drakoshans Lore
There are many more Drakoshan in the modern format. There are 6 from the conclave arcana edition and 5 from the rebellion edition.

In the foundation edition, there is only one.

In the wild format, there are 5 from the chaos legion and also 5 from the untamed edition.

And finally, there are 2 drakoshans from the beta edition.

There are a total of 3 archons with the drakoshan bloodline, unfortunately none of them have the bloodline dominion ability, so they cannot summon any drakoshans except those of their own element. But it's only a matter of time, before an archon drakoshan with the bloodline dominion appears.
Now, let's see the new Drakoshans. Will they be good on the battlefield or just for collection?
WITHERED OLD SAGE
Withered Old Sage starts with no abilities, but at level 2 it gains the Void ability, which reduces damaged received from magic attacks by 50%. At level 6, it gains the Spite ability, which allows it to counterattack the enemy unit that defeats it. And at max level, it gains the Resurgence ability, which allows it to resurrect once per battle, with all health and armor; and all units will receive 1 point of physical damage.
It has an excellent magic attack power of 3 for only 6 mana, definitely a unit I would like to use at max level. Since it is a fire unit, it can be summoned by the archon Lorkus and gain +1 magic attack power. Its abilities are pretty good, especially the last two.

JORAKI VENSHIRO
Joraki Venshiro starts at level 1 with the Painforge ability, so it will get +1 power attack each time is damaged by poisoned, burning or hit by an ally. At level 2, it gains the Blind ability, which causes enemy melee and ranged units to have the blinded status, so affected units will have a 15% chance of missing their attacks. At level 3, it gains the Piercing ability, so if its attack power exceeds the target's armor, the remaining damage will be applied to the target's health. And at level 6, it gains the Affliction ability, which gives it a 50% chance to apply afflicted to enemy units, preventing them from being healed.
A drakoshan unit with a ranged attack power of 5, that's a lot, but it is very slow, so it's best in battles where the reverse speed modifier is active, so it can attack faster.

KAORI MATSUNE
Kaori Matsune starts at level 1 with the Snipe ability, so while in the backline, it will attack the first non-melee enemy unit behind the first position. At level 2, it gains the Silence ability, which reduces the magic attack power of enemy units by 1, while this card is alive. And at max level, it gains immunity to negative effects, such as poison and stun.
For only 5 mana, the magic attack power of this drakoshan is more than okay. It may not have great health, but its silence and immunity abilities are really useful. I will play definitely use it many times when I get this card.

TIDEBORN
Now, let's see the Tideborn units. First let's learn about its lore:

Tiderborn Lore
In the modern format, there are 3 tideborn from the conclave arcana edition and 3 more from the rebellion edition.

In the foundation edition, there are 3 more.

In the chaos legion edition there are 7 tideborn, and only 2 in the untamed edition.

In the alpha edition there is only one, and in beta edition there are 3 including Mischevous Mermaid.

SALTWRAITH BULKHEAD
Saltwraith Bulkhead starts at level 1 with the Weary debilitation, so at the start of each round he has a 10% chance of becoming exhausted, causing him to lose his turn. This chance starts in round 2, and increases by 10% in each following round, up to a max of 80%. At level 3, he deals double damage to units without attack thanks to his Oppress ability. At level 5, he gains the Armored Strike ability, so it can also attack using his armor. And at max level, he can restore one third of his health each round.
For only 7 mana, this tideborn has an incredible melee attack power and excellent overall stats. That's why it has the weary debilitation, but even if it cannot attack, it's a great tank unit, excellent for melee battles.

SAVAKETH
Savaketh starts at level 1 with no abilities. At level 2, it has the Redemption ability, which activates upon being defeated, dealing 1 physical damage to all enemy units. And at level 3, it gains the Invigorate ability, so while it is on the battlefield, its allied units cannot become exhausted.
Definitely, an excellent unit with great magic attack power. Its first ability, may not be the best, but the second is excellent, so Bulkhead and Refugee can attack without problems.
