It is the end of the week and it is time to share this weeks Splinterlands Community Engagement Challenge: Ruleset Revelations! where i am going to share cryptic and gramel the hunger team - posion touch strategy. This almost works no matter what ruleset is due to gramel hunger ability and crypic added abilities that when combine together and when it works it plays entertaining.

1. CRYPTIC - is a rebellion card dual water and death legendary archon. It is a 7 mana cards. It takes out -1 speed to all enemy units and provide blind to all enemy units from the start of the battle. It also gives added two type of tactics , first option is to give enfeeble, -1 to targets melee power after each succesful attack and retalliate - 50% chance to counter melee attack even after being defeated. Cryptic second tactic is poison - provides 50% chance to provide poison after succesful attack. Poison units will lose 2 health at the beginning of each round . And expose - provide 80% chance to remove forcefield, lookout, deflect, shield, void, void armor, cleanse or immunity after succesful attack.In this battle i choose the posion and exposed added ability.


2. TOKATAG CONSCRIPT- is a 6 mana neutral common rebellion soulbound reward card. At level 10 it has 2 ranged attack, 9 health and 3 speed. It also has sneak ability (Targets the enemy unit in the last position.), thorns ability (Returns 2 physical damage to attacker when hit by a melee attack.) and backfire ability (When an enemy unit misses, deals 2 physical damage to them.). I often uses due to its backfire and thorns ability.

3. GREAT BEAR DRUID - great bear druid is a 9 mana neutral legendary foundation card. It is a dual magic and melee monster. At level 1 it has 1 melee and 1 magic attack, 6 health and 2 speed. Great bear druid is so far my most used legendary foundation card due to its dual attack and being neutral and it is good to pair with gramel the hunger with triple attack specially if summon by cryptic.

4. CHAOS BATTLE MAGE - chaos battle mage is a 8 mana neutral legendary rebellion soulbound reward card. At level 3 it has 3 ranged attack,1 armor, 7 health and 4 speed . It also has piercing ability (Damage in excess of the target's armor is applied to health.), rebirth ability ( Self-resurrects once per battle with 1 health and 100% armor. All magic debuffs are removed, and all magic buffs are reapplied. Skips turn.) and divine shield ability (Ignores all damage once, after which the Divine Shield is destroyed.)

5. ARCANE SKINWALKER -is a neutral rare promo card special edition that is part of the new conclave arcana set.At level 4 it has 2 magic attack, 6 health and 2 speed. It also has shapeshift that treated all bloodlines and inspire ability that gives +1 melee power to all allied units.

6. CHAOS ADJUTANT - is an 5 mana rare rebellion neutral modern soulbound reward card. At level 6 it has 2 magic attack and has 7 health and 3 speed. It also has scattershot ( magic and ranged attack - targets a random enemy unit ) and snare ability (100% chanced to hit and apply snared to targets with flying. Snared units loss all bonuses from flying) .

7. GRAMEL THE HUNGER - is a legendary conclave arcana neutral modern promo card. At level 2 it has triple attack 1 melee attack, 1 magic attack and 2 ranged attack. It has 1 armor, 7 health and 3 speed. It also has charge, scattershot and relentless strike ability at level 2. Gramel the hunger is almost a perfect monster and almost good at most ruleset due to its triple attack that it offer and its charge ability to attack at any position, which is very compatible to cryptic specially when providing poison to enemy units.

In this 54 mana battle - shades of grey, maneuvers and close ranged ruleset against a very strong opponent my strategy and positioning is to use cryptic as archon and to use dual or triple attack monster to pair with like gramel the hunger and great bear druid which position at second and last position. This is coupled with monster with poison ability like chaos adjutant. Other teeam are composed of tokatog conscript, chaos battle mage and arcane skinwalker as part of my available neutral monster. The strategy here is to inflict poison to every opponent that my monster touch which you can see at some point in the round that my opponent monster are inflicted with poison that kills 2 health in them every round which very big contribution to my winning. This combination of infliction poison works at most ruleset specially that chaos adjutant had a scattershot ability and gramel the hunger has triple attack and his charge ability make him attack at any position wheither it is back to basic rulset.
