So I have quite a large project i am working on just bought the 50000 chaos cards for it to fund all of the guilds and accounts within. We plan on starting with 50 guilds to level up and each scholar would be incharge of playing all the frays pre made by all the 85K in assets I have to fund it. So instead of one fray each scholor will be given 1-5 whole guilds based on skill. In addition there will be bonuses paid out in sub dao tokens SPLG-G DAO which is owned 25% by the main SPLG DAO that the managing partners own. The rest will be split with 30% going to 3 officers/profit share, 45% will be divided between the scholars. We will start a lp pool each season and the best player and manager of that playrer roll the dice and if its a snake eyes they get the whole lp pool and it grows until someone wins. Entry for the lottery pool will be 1 sps per ticket and any equivalent like a node is al ot of tickets. We also plan on extracting value from steem by leasing steem for higher rates than hive and voting with it while getting 10-20 % on the lease and keep the vote. Half will goto the guild treasury which will be for bonuses as well. Any key memeber must sign a non compete as well like if you get to the profit share partner or managing partner a noncompete will be signed with exceptions for stuff they had goign on before. As i want a long term team and i will make sureto incentivse them very well.
