Lately I was wondering what´s really best, many small accounts or one/few bigger ones.
So I took as a example of someone with 150k CP and compared two options:
10 account playing Silver 03
and
01 account playing Gold 02.
I am not considering the DEC earned in battles,
Ten Silver 03 accounts will get you a 320% over one Gold 02 account
420 chests per seasons vs 131 chests.
The new pack rewards dynamic is the only think that is higher for one gold 02 account against the ten silver 03.
All the Silvers will get you around 8,40packs/month and the gold 13,10packs/month, so I see this change as a very good thing.
The ROI over CP decreases as you rise up on leagues so it would be about the same if you compare Gold accounts vs Diamond accounts.
So for me that´s the bot dilema, managing 10 accounts for one person would be a lot of work but with bots is really simple, without bots someone would, probably, rather make scholarships or play on higher leagues and only have one/two alter account for that excess CP.
Also playing in higher leagues make people need better cards, higher up the card levels, on the other side low leagues the most needed to stay there is the power and not really the cards.
The devs are slowly doing some debuffs on rewards to slow down bots, I guess the dilema is that bots aren´t entirely bad for the game.
But on the other side there is also some pride in them on saying that they don´t have problems with bot´s and that they don´t care because it doesn't change any mechanics of the game.
So what do you think? Do we need ways to at least keep the ROI when rising up the league? Do we need some limitations to bots?

Of course they need some limits. Sometimes I see their battle rewards beat down to mere nothing but they keep playing beating some one with less power trying to advance. The developers have said they are going to change things to give more incentive to run one account. Too many players just farming and not putting in time to play.
Ow that´s great news than. Hope the find a good solution to this problem.
