Introducing Battle Mage Secrets, the latest addition to our exciting challenges. This contest is all about putting your strategic prowess to the test as you share your epic matches and team compositions designed for specific rule sets.
Prepare to embark on a journey that allows for a world of intriguing and dynamic strategies. In this challenge, players will have the opportunity to select from a wider array of diverse units to lead into battle. Are you up for the challenge? Let's delve into the details.
CHALLENGE RULES
RULESET: Going the Distance
Description:
Only units with ranged attacks may be used.
Consider including units with the Close Range and Return Fire abilities in your lineup.
Battle Showcase: Create a post sharing a video link of one of your battles using the Going the Distance ruleset. Be sure to link to your battle even if you also upload it to a video hosting platform like YouTube.
Submission Deadline: The deadline for submissions is 2 days before the post pays out (Monday at 12 pm CDT). This is to ensure that our curators have enough time to review all the entries before the next challenge is posted. Your punctuality is appreciated!
Formatting Help: Need help formatting your post? Check out this ULTIMATE MARKDOWN TUTORIAL.
Tagging: Don't forget to tag your post with #splinterlands and #play2earn to ensure it's part of the challenge.
Share on Social Media: Share your post on any social media site of your choice. Make sure to include links to both your HIVE post and the social media site you shared it on in the comment section of the challenge post.

UPVOTES! Participants who follow ALL the rules will receive upvotes from the @steemmonsters account.
Voting Quantity: You can get a MAXIMUM of 2 upvotes per week, per human. Please limit your entries to TWO posts a week. Take your time, make your posts awesome, and impress us with your Splinterlands skills!
Fair Play: Anyone found using more than one account to enter the contest will be muted in the community and banned from all curation and the possibility for participation in future contests.
Please note: Upvotes are not guaranteed and are up to the curator's discretion.

We have an amazing team of community curators, and official team members also have the 'powers' to upvote! We work together to try to upvote in order of entry. Did whoever is in charge of upvotes for the splinterlands team get cut in the multiple rounds of layoffs? Just scrolling through for the last several months I have notice that the votes on the weekly challenge posts and social media posts has been super low when compared say to 2021 during the hype train. With sps being in the dirt posting was a way to earn and bring more into the game. I havent made a post of my own in two years to do desktop problems. But I was just super curious about the upvote situation. I know not every post deserves a big vote but I have seen some solid posts get a 11 hive total if they are lucky. When in 2021 it seemed like that same style post would earn 3 to 4 times that amount.
