I've seen a loooooot of people who gets it as a reward card in the gold league, so yeah and it's not even once.
maybe the reward card you mean is Countess Sinash
Meanwhile Lira the Dark is obtained from the CL pack
Well, not really a reward reward card perse, but then I was thinking if the value as a legendary. If people get it for reward a lot, the value might dip.
