Hola mi linda comunidad, en esta oportunidad quiero compartir con ustedes nuestro almuerzo de hoy, una rica hamburguesa:
Hello my beautiful community, this time I want to share with you our lunch today, a delicious hamburger:
HAMBURGUESA CON HUEVO Y TOCINETA / HAMBURGER WITH EGG AND BACON
Ingredientes para 5 personas:
- 1/2 Kilo de carne molida
- 2 Tazas de pan molido
- 5 Huevos
- Queso mozzarella al gusto
- 150 gr De tocineta
- 2 Papas grandes picadas en julianas
- 1 Tomate grande picado en rodajas
- 1 Cebolla grande picada en rodajas
- 1 Lechuga picada
- 1 Cebollin o cebolla china picada
- Perejil picado
- Sal al gusto
- Mayonesa al gusto
- Mostaza al gusto
- Aceite vegetal al gusto
Ingredients for 5 people:
- 1/2 Kilo of ground beef
- 2 Cups of ground bread
- 5 Eggs
- Mozzarella cheese to taste
- 150 gr of bacon
- 2 large potatoes, julienned
- 1 Large tomato, sliced
- 1 large onion, sliced
- 1 Lettuce, chopped
- 1 Chinese onion, minced
- Chopped parsley
- Salt to taste
- Mayonnaise to taste
- Mustard to taste
- Vegetable oil to taste
Paso 1 para las croquetas:
Agregar la carne molida en bol
Step 1 for the croquettes:
Add the ground beef in a bowl
Agregar la sal al gusto
Add salt to taste
Agregar la cebolla china
Add the Chinese onion
Luego agregar el pan molido
Then add the ground bread
Poner una cucharada de aceite de oliva o vegetal para darle suavidad
Put a tablespoon of olive or vegetable oil to give it smoothness
Batir con la mano hasta lograr que se unan todos los sabores de la cebolla, la sal, y el pan molido
Beat by hand until all the flavors of the onion, salt, and breadcrumbs come together
Luego hacer las croquetas
Then make the croquettes
Poner a calentar un sarten y asar las croquetas a fuego medio para que queden bien cocinadas y jugosas por dentro
Heat a frying pan and grill the croquettes over medium heat so that they are well cooked and juicy inside
Cuando ya vallan a estar listas las coquetas poner el queso mozzarella encima de cada una para que se derrita
When the flirtatious ones are ready, put the mozzarella cheese on top of each one so that it melts
Paso 2 para la salsa y la tocineta:
Step 2 for the sauce and bacon:
En un recipiente agregar 3 cucharadas de mayonesa
In a container add 3 tablespoons of mayonnaise
Luego agregar 1 cucharada de mostaza
Then add 1 tablespoon of mustard
Agregar el cilantro picado
Add the chopped cilantro
Batir con una cuchara hasta que todo quede bien mezclado
Beat with a spoon until everything is well mixed
Luego en un sarten bien caliente poner las tocinetas y cocinar hasta que se doren en su propio aceite
Then put the bacon in a very hot pan and cook until golden brown in its own oil
Paso 3 para las papas fritas que pueden servir de acompañamiento:
Step 3 for side fries:
Echar 1/2 litro de aceite vegetal en un sarten bien caliente
Pour 1/2 liter of vegetable oil into a very hot pan
Agregar las papas y freir hasta que queden doradas
Add the potatoes and fry until golden
Paso 4 Para armar la hamburguesa:
Step 4 To assemble the hamburger:
En una sarten con aceite caliente poner a fritar los huevos
In a pan with hot oil, fry the eggs
Abrir el pan de hamburguesa y untar la salsa por ambos lados
Open the hamburger bun and spread the sauce on both sides
Luego agregar la lechuga, el tomate, y la cebolla
Then add the lettuce, tomato, and onion
Luego poner mas salsa
Then put more sauce
Agregar la croqueta de carne con el queso mozzarella derretido
Add the meat croquette with the melted mozzarella cheese
Poner encima el huevo frito
Put the fried egg on top
Agregar la tocineta y poner mas salsa
Add the bacon and put more sauce
Tapar y nuestra hamburguesa con huevo y tocineta ya esta lista para comer y disfrutar
La acompañamos con papas fritas al rededor y a disfrutar esta delicia
We accompany it with fries around it and enjoy this delight
Espero que les haya gustado y hagan esta delicia de hamburguesa en casa, les va a encantar, sobre todo a los niños de la casa
